THEY WERE ABLE TO LOCATE THE NECESSARY PARTS THAT I NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY JOB !! THANKS, THE ASSOCIATES ARE REALLY FRIENDLY LIKE GOOD OLD FRIENDS !! THE MANAGER KARI IS SUPER NICE AND A GREAT EXAMPLE HOW A TEAM LEADER SHOULD BE !!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Michael’s help at the Westminster store

Employees were very friendly and helpful with service and assistance getting all the materials for our backyard paver project!

This location needs WIDE flat bed shopping carts because theres none to be found and its frustrating. I will say however that the employees in the garden department were very friendly and helpful.

I rent a lorry. They help to me very kindly.

Went to buy sandbags and Julian M went above and beyond to help me with the purchase. He showed me where it was located, carried them onto my cart, and placed them in my trunk.

I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience with any employee here, I shop here several times a week and they’re all super friendly. Only problem is I worry about them working there at night when the criminals come in to shoplift.

I can often help myself, but at times when I need help I can count on the various departments to help. Favorite area is garden!!!

Had a stressful situation creating packaging for some Star Wars sabers to ship back home. Jorge was very knowledgeable and assisted me in creating very effective packaging. I came to the store shortly before close and the whole store was very clean and well stocked. I was in and out before they closed thanks to Jorge's assistance. He really made my shopping experience a great one.

I bought a lot of heavy items, with one smiling cashier; scanned everything and called for someone to help me taking my items, loaded in my car. Thank you, MICHEL. This is my favorite branch due to excellent service there,

I have to start by saying i haven't shopped at home depot in over a decade, due to horrible experiences from employees and their contractors they use. But today desperate to get some color in my common area, i went into garden, reluctantly asked for help and roger not only helped, he advised, searched out plants that would work well and answered mulch questions . I have no plant skills , he even surprised me at checkout with these plants that were sold out he recommended ..but found 4 on the deathlist and reduced the price!!! My eyes were misty at that point, then Becky at checkout was advising me also on not over watering and spacing and just so delightful and helpful! They both went above and beyond in customer service!!! Made my first trip back a great one! Will be back!! Wish me luck on these flowers hahaha

Associate were knowledgeable!

Cashier Lisa greeted me and completed my return without any hassle. She was also the first person to mention the survey to me from all my visits. Thanks Lisa!

This store has great employees and is always well stocked.

Bathroom was filthy, toilet plugged up and no toilet paper in the holder.

I went into Home Depot this afternoon and came home with just the product I needed because of everyone's help it is all working now.

Employees at this store really care! They make sure you find what you are looking for, offer suggestions, and are friendly. Always a pleasure shopping here.

When you walk into a hardware store you feel like you don't know where to start. At the Westminster Home Depot. The store personnel is always friendly and so helpful. I always feel like a pro when I go into this store. Keep up the Great work Westminster Home Depot!

Great customer service

Brian has been working at that store for 15 years and it's extremely knowledgeable and all types of flooring and windows along with window treatments etc down to specific size he's attempted to detail and it takes his time to understand promise that customers will have and also how to solve the problem goes far and beyond to locate items for customers etc

The customer service is GREAT here and the employees are VERY attentive but the PRICES on half the plants are $20 a pop which is OUTRAGEOUS. They need to run regular SEASONAL SALES that the average person can AFFORD because this is RIDICULOUS otherwise we'll go to their competitor down the road that starts with the letter "L"

I hope all customers have the good luck my husband and I had this morning. If sale cashier Becky and the young man David who came to help us with a heavy load were able to help everyone - impossible, I know - but if they could, the world would be a better place and a happier place to be in. Many thanks from two oldsters.

I have always gotten good service at the Westminster store. I often don't know exactly how to ask for a specific item, and the employees really do their best to help me without making me feel dumb. Today, Nicolle, the cashier, was very helpful when I had a product without a price tag. I've recently had surgery, and she was super helpful and understanding that I couldn't easily go back to retrieve another item with a tag. I appreciated her friendliness and kindness.

I've shopped at several Home Depots in Southern California recently and this one has been the best - by far. Inventory, store appearance, they're all very similar. But service? The flooring department at Westminster Home Depot is great. They are so helpful and friendly they make shopping there enjoyable and help you get your projects done. This store isn't close to me at all, but I'm willing to brave the traffic for the good assistance.
