Shaye may not have been there but you could feel her presence, it was suffocating. I was afraid she might jump out from a corner and be like....well you know how shaye be like. Lolz.

The employees that helped me.find my product were great. Went above and beyond to help me find the product in their back stock. But! Once I got to the cashier it was a totally different story. The cashier was rude and superbly disrespectful. She called management for my purchase and once she didn't get her way she was even worse. Sad to say that attitude is accepted as customer service at this location.

to me the store Is about average, you'll find what you are looking for mostly on your own. nothing spectacular about this Home Depot, quite a few of the staff in the evening seem more interested in telling each other stories or talking among themselves then helping out a customer. if you come here enough eventually you find out where everything is with out the " Employees help" I have been going to this one for 5 years and it's only out of convenience I keep coming to this store, not the "friendly service" or "Help". watch out for Isles closed off by orange barriers with no employees around to help you get something from that isle- happened to me before is all I am saying. I am sure other Home Depots have better service if that is what you are looking for.

Friendly associates help as best of their knowledge, and find the right person if they don’t know. The store was clean of debris and very safe today.

My friend and I needed info on stripping and restaining a wood piece of furniture, which we knew absolutely nothing about. Bruce, in the pain dept, was so incredibly helpful! He was patient, explained things in great detail, and walked us through the steps, then made sure we had all the necessary supplies. In addition, he was quite entertaining and humorous, which made our visit very pleasant. Sue, at the checkout, was also very friendly.

I've been coming to this store for 20 years. The staff is very helpful. I have made many trips at all hours to this store. They are really great.

While I was shopping at this store I had lost my THD gift card. ROBERT from Hardware had found it and immediately and put it in the lost and found. I had called the store later and found out that ROBERT but it at the service desk. He was also very helpful and knowledgably with the disk grinders and asked if we needed more assistance. Thank you ROBERT, an employee with integrity. All the associates I encountered were extremely helpful. Big round of applause to them!

Staffs are very friendly and seem more enthusiastic to answer my questions or help me looking to the right parts that I needed verse of comparing to the Garden Grove store staffs nowhere to be seen when I needed them, and they always seem rushing when he or she assisted me.
