Lots to choose from happy about that. We had one female employee who “Sighed” when we asked her for a price on an artificial Christmas tree..she was very rude she obviously didn’t want to help us but other than that very happy with our tree. Other employees were nice there but they won’t offer to help you , you have to ask.

I have been going to different Home Depot locations for many years! Whittier has some of the best service and the Sales Cashier Alexia has some of the best service which she is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Called in for a fire pit, when I arrived it was ready for me to take home saving me a lot of time in a very busy day!

Bought gas stove, refrigerator and hanging hood over stove. Josephine and Sherry in the appliance section were so informative even after items were purchased.

Staff really sucked tonight! We waited and waited (not to many customers) for nearly 30+ minutes, several times asking for assistance and even had to call the store from inside the store to find assistance only to be HUNG UP ON! Would never shop here! Would never recommend this place. I couldn’t get their names (they got lucky). But overall the experience at this location WAS HORRIBLE

My water heater broke while under warranty. We no longer had the receipt and were told they no longer had it in their data base. They should have told us they do not need it, just bring in the broken unit even though it states " do not return to place of purchase". We wasted over $900 in the replacement where we should have received a credit instead.

Home Depot is a great place to shop, there’s good prices and availability of most of the materials I need in my line of work. I also appreciate the haggle free service for returns of products, I have leftover at the end of a project.

We went to the store tonight to buy a new shower squeegee. It wasn't where I found them once before, but the guy working in that aisle knew exactly where to send us to find the new squeegee.

I bought this a month ago and could not be happier

While shopping for material in different. Departments I had different experiences. I would like to let the HD employees know, when a customer is waiting to be helped, it is more important to provide service than to continue stocking, we are patrons and on schedules, please find a customer and his time a bit more pressing than continuing to stock.

I bought a patio set and grill. The employees at the Whittier store are friendly and helpful. Great service.

Love visiting Whittier Home Depot as generally staff is friendlier than other surrounding construction hardware companies. Roxy on electrical department is extremely knowledgeable, quick, and always ready to lend a helping hand for my “do it yourself” projects. Thanks Roxy
