Excellent store to visit for home improvement and other needs. Employees are usually helpful, store are well organized and product I need is at the location.And I was pleasantly surprised to have saved money in my recent refrigerator purchase through Ms. Martin knowledge about the product and financing. She went above and beyond to help me with financing which in turn helped me saved money and was easier in my finances this holiday. Thank you.

EVERY ONE AT THIS STORE IS ALWAYS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. VERY BUSY AT TIMES, BUT THE WAIT FOR HELP OF CHECK OUT AT TIMES IS LONGER THAN USUAL. ALL IN ALL THIS IS A GREAT STORE:)

Was very disappointed on the customer service

Although the people in the whittier store are exceptional with customer service, the store layout is not welcoming. The layout at the old Pico Rivera store worked better not difficult to find what you need.

I prefer Whittier store even though it is a distance for me if I ever need to buy a large appliance..Your sales person Krstin Martin was to helpful and plesent to work with. she really knows her stuff. I bought a stove and Frig from her. so help ful and pleasant, I was able to get assistance right away, people friendly and helpful, Not any o these things at the Marina store.

The store is clean, organized, and we'll lit. The employees seem happy to be working their as they all work together so well. It is easy for a disabled person to navigate through the isles and departments.

Received a warm welcome when entering through the nursery section. An employee came by twice to ask if we needed help. I took him up on the 2nd round. The cashier was friendly & made sure we were happy with our purchase when I had questions. The nursery section is the only area I went to & it was neat & organized

This Home Depot definitely went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. Patricia the Manager is a great help. She knows her product and always has a smile with a friendly attitude. This is my only stop for my home improvement needs. Thank you Whittier Home Depot.

Came to Home Depot for a toilet and a door. Asked Cashire Gema for assistance bring a door down from a high rack. The employee came quickly and helped me get the door. Gema was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great store close to my home across the street. Would like to see the store issue $5.00 deposit Home Depot refund cards again as they did in the past now you pay $5.00 deposit but no refund unless you buy another 5 Gallon Bottle of water good for your bottom line but not for customer relations.

I WOULD RECOMMENT THIS STORE BECAUSE IT HAS THE BEST CLERKS THAT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND DUTY I LOVE THIS PLACE

as i usually go in to this home depot at least three times a week ,the store is always clean,there is always friendly service ,and help is provided fairly quick

Truck rental We rented a truck on April 10th, the check engine light was on and a low tire pressure light. When I turned it in, I alerted the clerk about the issues. I needed to rent a truck on July 20th, we were assigned the same truck and the check engine and tire pressure lights were still on. The window and mirrors were so dirty, we had to pull over to wipe them down because it was difficult to see with the sun shining through. I informed them of these DANGEROUS issues for the second time. The condition of this truck may have caused an accident. Home Depot is charging customers for the time the spend cleaning their rental windows, unfair business practice.
