Went in to get something fixed that should’ve taken days, maybe weeks... these guys did it in an afternoon! Employees went out of their way to help. When I got back, every item I needed to finish the project was already waiting for me. My family won’t be shopping at any other hardware store from now on. Couldn’t be happier with their service and store selection. Thank you guys so much!

I always can find what I'm looking for at Home Depot. Its my go to place for home improvement products.

I always have a good shopping experience at this store. Its organized, clean and staff is pleasant and helpful.

It is COVID time , but you can get in the store find what you need and check out, in reasonable time

Everyone from customer service, to Peter who helped me in the tool department to the check out cashier were very NICE and accommodating! even though it was closing time. Thank you Home Depot!!

This store ignores disabled customers. I needed help and was ignored by many employees in a empty store.

This store has a handful of really knowledgeable staff. The problem is, if they're busy with someone the wait can be long.

Juanita (sales associate) was amazing. She greeted me and asked how my experience was while shopping for what I needed. Store was very clean and organized too.

Maria had excellent customer service and made my visit extremely enjoyable. The selection of plants always amazes me. And I was so thankful for a speedy check out.

Great friendly customer service

Associate Michelle and Store manager Patricia were both insincere, curt, and rude. The only saving grace here was store associate Erica who was professional and very sweet. Unlike these other two temps, she took the time to listen and yet my interaction with her was even less involved than with Michelle and Manager Patricia. That just goes to show you that it's not about giving a customer an answer that he/she necessarily wants to hear, but how you speak and respect them.

Well I love the most is that the employees reach you and ask you if there’s anything they can help you with sometimes I need some help looking for an item and I ask and they guide me to where it is located I just love that. Usually the Whittier Home Depot carries all my needs for whatever project I am doing or my husband is doing at home. I go to Home Depot almost every Saturday with my husband and my sons I always enjoy my Saturday experience I find what I need I’m able to go in and out with no problem thank you Home Depot

I work for a management company they have over 400 properties On 6/22/20 I called Home Depot to confirm they had a washer in stock I spoke to a Marissa she said they had one on the over head that I would have to order it in time to have it taken down So I called back and waited for 1hr 1/2 till I spoke to someone they told me to hold they left me on the phone for 20 minutes so I called back and I spoke to a girl and she told me I cannot put it on hold over the phone or pay over the phone if this is a new rule I did not know about it I’ve been doing business with this store for 16 years so I went in on the next day to buy the washer I spoke to Marissa and she told me we cannot help you because you had to order it a day before because I had on the overhead so I told her can I speak to a store manager once I said that she said OK I’ll help you she has a very bad attitude since she got this position because I met her when she started in the flooring department she was friendly now she is not some people get a little position and their head gets bigger than their body that’s the way this person is I never wrote a bad review about the store but today I am I am fed up with this person every time I go in there to buy an appliance or something she has her bad attitude

The store is well maintained, and cleaned. When asking for help they immediately call for someone to come and help. The employees are very courteous and helpful!!

This store in Whittier has been my go-to store for many years. Most, if not all my hardware, garden,or appliance needs are taken care of at this location.

The help was great very efficient explain everything very well I was a happy customer .Thank you home depot for training your staff .

Pricing is confusing. Some areas of the store are not well maintained and disorganized. When waiting for help employees guess at prices and they turned out to be wrong at the checkout. No apologies, just a big “oh well”

This store is conveniently close to my home which makes curbside pickup of purchased items very easy and stress-free. Today, I saw no one waiting in line to go in and shop, so I decided to bravely walk in to shop at my favorite hardware store. The shelves are nearly 100% stocked with products which I have come to expect. It's a neat and clean store I enjoy shopping at.

Probably the absolute worst home depot in the world. Difficult at every turn. This store has 6 good employees. Other than that you need a store manager to get any good service. Avoid this store and definitely dont go on the weekends!!!!

We are long-time shoppers at Home Depot. Unfortunately, during this pandemic, the service and attitude of the employees has deteriorated significantly and the safety of the public and employees is not being maintained. There is a slovenly attitude about safety and wearing of masks and use of sanitizers. Masks need to be worn over the nose and mouth both, or they provide no protection. Employees were very rude when the proper wearing was pointed out. What is the purpose of controlling the public entrance if the employees do not follow the safety rules and sanitization. It was a frustrating and stressful shopping trip that I will not repeat.

Overall, the store is clean, has good inventory and the appearance is welcoming. I did not rate a 5 because the shelves could be better kept and organized so I don't have to ask for help looking for an item. I will definitely be back to shop.
