I HAD TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE WATER HEATER, AFTER 4 YEARS, AND THE PROCESS WAS EASY AND QUICK WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. IT WAS A WARRANTY RETURN THAT HOME DEPOT AND RHEEM HONORED AND REPLACED

The dentist pulled the wrong tooth.

Recently I had a very busy weekend and wanted to get the 5 for 10 deal on the mulch. Will it was Sunday and my daughters birthday weekend so very busy did not have the chance to get to the store. I ended up going and looked and saw the sale ended. Just by chance Dan in the garden center or manager or assistant manager helped me I wanted 20 bags and he said listen the manager is nice and I'm sure he won't say no to doing a price match for the missed sale unknowingly that I was speaking to the manager. I praise this home depot and won't go to another unless something is not in stock

Be prepared to weight up to 30 minutes if you are trying to exchange propane tanks. One time is understandable, but it has occurred nearly every time I have attempted to do so.

I came to HONE DEPOT for materials for a Church Priject and observed and was assisted by one if the MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EVER!!! Her name is Thereasa!!! She was HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, JOYFUL, PROFESSIONAL to ALL her customers!!! She TRULY EXCEEDED My EXPECTATIONS FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchase these on a monthly basis and I can’t find a better deal anywhere else other then at Home Depot 🤗

I have to admit that I shop at a lot of different Home Depot's. Six in NJ, one in Maryland and two in PA. The Wilkes-Barre store stands out as having the Happiest customer focused team greeting customers and helping us find what we need. I saw several examples besides myself where associates geeted and helped customers. Thats customer service!

Cashier on this store are really friendly and they help me out on everything I need to make my shopping a lot easier

I’ve been buying a lot of material over the past few months, if there’s something special that I need and not in stock they’ll get for me in a short amount of time.

I was in the store on Sunday, July 30th renting a truck and doing a return. This required me to be in the Customer Service line three different times and I was able to observe Heather in action. In summary, I am amazed at Heather’s level of patience, expertise and ability to multitask relative to doing her own job and others. While I waited in line, it was apparent that Heather was able to handle at least two transactions for every one that her peers accomplished. However, what really “hit home” with me was that Heather was either approached, or her name called out, by seven other Home Depot employees who were asking her questions about how to handle a particular situation. Seven! And each time, the Home Depot employee asking for Heather’s assistance left with the information they requested. Heather’s ability to communicate concisely to others and still concentrate on her own task was beyond impressive. From my perspective, Heather is clearly a “gem” and I hope that Home Depot management really understand and appreciate her outstanding performance; as a Home Depot customer, I certainly do appreciate her!

Beware, Parking lot is a disaster. Full of potholes and garbage, very dirty. Inside store seems to be somewhat OK for how busy they are. Employees very nice. Whole store in and out needs a makeover

Had to return a few items, we over bought because we thought the project was much bigger than anticipated. Had our receipt, our ID, and it took less than 5 minutes. I was very 😊 happy.
