During this time of Social Distancing Your Wilkes Barre store was allowing a certain amount of customers in the store at a time, with Masks, which to me was very responsible.

Easy to locate items, cleanliness, and not too long of a wait. Good practice of precautions and social distancing during the pandemic.

Excellent customer service provided by Lisabeth. Most helpful in locating SKU for apple trees we wanted to purchase during recent visit, and ensured pricing was correct. She did not hurry me through the check-out process and ensured we had the correct tree and correct price to ensure easy pick-up outside. Thank you Lisabeth.

I was able to locate the category of items from which I needed help in deciding which one would best suit my project. Employee help was readily available and assisted me in choosing which item suited my needs the best. The store seemed well stocked and was neat and clean. I was able to locate the area where the item was stocked with little assistance. A store employee assisted me in choosing the item that would best suit my project completion. Since it was a large item, the store employee took the item to the register for me and offered to load it in my vehicle. The store associates were all very helpful, friendly, and professional.

The store needs a little organization. But typically has what you need in stock. Has friendly employees that usually greet you and ask if you need assistance.

The display dishwasher I bought was a used broken one, with food in the strainer still. I was totally mislead. Do not buy display models.

Needed some plumbing supplies and new bathroom fixtures ...Tony in plumbing was extremely helpful and led me to everything I would need for my project. Bernadette was our cashier and was extremely helpful and courteous!

My only thing I would like to see change, and this is with all the Home Depot I use, when I purchase something that takes all you have on hand, it seems to take a little longer for the store to restock. In my line of work there are certain Items that I use alot and when I buy the 5 or whatever the number is, I return in a week, sometimes two weeks and there is still none on the shelf. However The Home Depot is still my favorite Home Improvement center.

The best store for customer service, I have only to say go and shop this store .. They will take care of all your items you need.

If I need Help with a Product or a Problem there is always a Friendly , Helpful Employee to lend a hand no matter how busy they are. Stock is up to date and the Store is always Clean , that shows the Employee's care and love their job.

Dan at the front desk just says "I don't know" when you ask if an item is in stock. Nancy in appliances can't explain mismatched pricing from the website to the store. The practice squad must work Sundays...

Home Depot Store #4122, I find is the first place to shop for almost every need for any job on my agenda. There is a high percentage that this store has whatever you need in stock, and a price at which you can afford.

The only good thing about today's visit to the wilkes barre store was the cashier ( older gentleman, didnt catch his name) was the only store employee to greet me the entire time I was there.

Friendly service even asks if you need help loading

With a Store like #4122 in my Area , no other store is needed.

Employees were awesome especially Chris. He was extremely helpful and dedicated to his job.
