I have gone to this HomeDepot 2 times in the last 2 weeks both experiences were spectacular compared to other home improvement stores. Both time i was greeted by an associate and was helped. I was even recommended a product that i bought and love. Their team of associates are wonderful and knowledgeable. The isle were clean and tidy, nothing out of place. Everything was stocked and ready.

Melissa from lumber was very helpful and the store looked great

The stuff named Francis is very rude.

The cashier was EXTREMELY rude. Snatched the money out of my hand and tossed the change to me as contact would have been a death sentence. Very unprofessional

The Home Depot in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania is an excellent store. Easy to find products with lots of variety. This store is organized and is perfectly stocked. The store is very clean. Jeff in lighting and Christy in house ware and repair were very knowledgable and friendly. The employees are very helpful and they give you many ideas and instruction to help with your projects and repairs. This store has really good products that are high quality.

Overall the store is clean and staff is kind and friendly! On the other hand, I think it’s hard to find gentleman and just kind people who actually care. If you work on customer service, you need to have some kind qualities. I always am treated kindly, respectfully and asked if I need help finding anything when I am Inside the store. As for needing help loading my vehicle or getting very large items to my Vehicle, I’ve been overlooked each time! My Young son who is 8years old is more of a man and A gentleman than any of the workers in that place! I’m young, someone who doesn’t need as much help as others lifting heavy things, so I could only imagine how others feel!

Parking lot is like a minefield, full of potholes and loaded with garbage all over the place. It feels like your in a SLUM. Didnt want to even drive on the lot.

I found a lot of discounts on things that I need it !

Never any carts and cashiers are ignorant

Let me start by saying how wonderful the associates are at the Wilkes Barre store! They are some of the most caring, loyal and hard working people I have ever met. Now for the management team...the are some, let me rephrase that they ARE the WORST people I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. The are unreliable, have no clue how to manage a store and need further education and training. The phone rings for 2-5 minutes before someone picks up, the managers say they will return calls and never do and they treat their employees like garbage. Wake up Home Depot managers! you would have no customers if it wasn't for your excellent workers because you all suck!!!! Fire all the managers and let the associates manage themselves the store would be much better off. At least they know how to conduct themselves in front of customers.

3 stars because the store is nice and employees are helpful but your parking lot is an absolute disgrace. Litter all over, potholes everywhere. Feels like a ghetto. Home depot should be ashamed of this for making billions of dollars and being to cheap to take care of the first thing you see when you pull in to the store

The store has gone downhill. As soon as you walk in the door it's like a free for all. I felt like I was in an inner city Home Depot in Philadelphia. It was a mess. The outside garden area was filled with pallets needing to be put away, but employees were listening to loud music and chatting with each other instead of working. Garbage and debris were all over the place and made it difficult to get around. The outside of the garden center was filthy with packing material, plastic, garbage, etc.

Cashiers are friendly. They need more employees to help customers. Plants are dying...no one is watering them.

Plan on waiting over 30 minutes for someone to assist you. Plan on employees who have no store loyalty and don't care about you as a customer.

Scott was very helpful! He was polite, answered my questions to the best of his ability and helped me get a lawnmower in my car. He seemed happy to help. Would go back solely for the customer service I received.

My parents taught me that if I don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything.

We were please to find the patio gazebo we were looking for on display at the store and received excellent and professional service from a very courteous customer service rep name Adam. Thank you!

My 6 year old son and I were there 3/23 for a gallon of paint. He insisted on helping me and carrying it to the register and to the car. One of the ladies said if it wasn’t hurting his hand he wasn’t carrying it right! He left smiling ear to ear!!!!! He even carried it to our back room when we got home. Thank you for making both of our days!

The associates help me locate the items I needed. The sale cashier, Latisha, was helpful in my checkout.

I would only recommend this store because of the last 2 employees we saw there today. Michelle our cashier very helpful and pleasant and sorry to the man who came to help lift the vanity in the truck. We did not catch your name but again Thank you.

LATISHA at this Wilkes Barre store is amazing I really appreciate her she went above and beyond to be sure my trip was an amazing one!!!!! Thank you!!!! Your an awesome employee!!!! All stores need more like you!!! Very pleased.

The Associates are always friendly and helpful at this store. I feel they go out of their way to make my experience great! The prices are very good as well.

Great product selection Everything needed for job in stock and available Social distancing not observed/enforced at checkout.

I am giving them a 1 only because I can't give them a zero. I spent $1300 and have no dishwasher to show for it. The delivery people are incompetent and lack empathy. I had to move things around my home to make room for them to install a dishwasher. I now have no working dishwasher and no room to put up my Christmas tree. I wish I had never walked in the store.

Associates were very knowledgeable and helpful in my search for an item I could not find. They were also very friendly. Cashier was exceptionally friendly. Store was very neat and clean. Definitely will shop in this store again..

The Wilkes-Barre PA Home Depot is one of our favorite week-end shopping stops. We can always find what we need and when we need assistance we can always find a sales person on the floor to help. The store is always clean and organized. We love their garden center!
