My wife and I (plus our Rottweiller) have been going to this store for years, purchasing multiple small to large items. Service has always been excellent, both in answering questions, and at check-out. Recently employess have shown great kindness to our dog.

Employees are always helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location! Especially for women home owners trying to care for their home! They always have the right answer and ready to help

TL:DR, Cashier on the phone ignores you even though you stand in front of them for a good few minutes only for them to skip you and help the person after you. No apologies for failing to acknowledge your existence. Self checkout was closed in the garden center.

I stopped in to purchase a Ryobi cordless miter saw. Gleneth the cashier notified me during checkout that there was a promotion for a free miter stand with purchase. The promotion was ambiguous and did not identify why stand was included. Gleneth called the store manager Debbie for assistance; Debbie called Joe from Tools; Anna and Pam from the front end assisted too. Debbie honored the promotion even though there wasn't clear direction and called me after to clearly explain it.

The employees at this location take time to listen to customer concerns and correct the situation, when necessary. They are attentive and always willing to help!

Great store and customer service

I was looking for a specific area. I asked and a gentleman walked. W to the exact area and gave me the name of the employee who would be helping me. Not many employees elsewhere would do that.

We purchased a nail gun from a different store and unfortunately it was defective. Stopped off at this location to exchange before dinner plans and Nelson and Grizz made our experience so easy we decided to purchase extra stuff while we were there. The customer service from this store was impeccable and we will definitely be making more trips to shop at this particular location due to how friendly and knowledgeable they were.

I thought I needed to buy paint to prevent rust from forming on my new plant stand and wasn't sure what I needed. This was during the evening shift. Trampas came along and was very helpful. Not only did he help me with the paint, he also helped me with the right product for a dryer vent. Thank you, Trampas :-)
