Ordered a door to be installed by their 3rd party installers. Took from August to December to finally get a permit pulled, door to be made and installer to have a good day that works for my wife and I. Made arrangements for my son to not be there (newborn) and the day of I get a call saying my door is damaged. I canceled my order due to it would take another 3-4 more months. Not happy

Any review I would write presently would be a miserable review and you wouldn’t want it. Horrible delays at checkout. And there aren’t even real human beings there! It was closed self checkout lanes. Why? They’re computerized so they don’t have to employ people, but only 3 were open on a busy Sunday, and 16 were available! Mad, frustrated, unhappy customers. You didn’t nail it, Home Depot, you nailed your customers. Unnecessarily. Very bad.

I want to say thank you for the great services, Franco was very helpful and help to locate the product i was looking for.

Clean, friendly staff, and great prices!

Pam, in the grill department, was knowledgeable, resourceful and extremely helpful in resolving my concern. The grill assembler was also very helpful.

I love this store they have most anything you may need...

I am a customer that loves this store, they alway are so helpful and the store is always in stock for most anything you may need... And if by chance they don't have or carry that item, their associates will lead you in the direction as to where you can purchase your items you need. - S.C.

Today I got great help. It makes doing your project easy. The employees who are knowledgeable and understand what you’re trying to do make shopping at Hodepot the right move. If only there were more who really care.

Kimber, in the Garden Center, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the store/products.

This is my second time at this store and they haven't disappointed me yet. Chris was so helpful. I was in the Wood area And was looking for wood for my project. He walked up and asked if I needed help. He also asked questions to get clarification on what I was doing for my project. I appreciate his assistance and I'll truly be Back.

Just moved to the area, and I am doing some remodeling. This store has super friendly and knowledgeable, yes KNOWLEDGEABLE employees! Finally a home depot that not only points you to the right direction but also educates you and helps you expand your horizon. This is a place I will definitely be spending alot time and money at and will be happy to.

Was at the cash wrap in customer service the girls were on the end talking hadn't even acknowledged me. William comes from standing at the door and asked me had I been helped. Took care of me. very friendly and funny. Thank you William for seeing that I needed to be helped and getting me situated. Keep up the good work.

Very reliable employees, kind, very helpful in everyway, they were cleaning, social distancing, hand sanitizer available. Really appreciate they got me a cart to take my items to my car. Awesome Store. Thank you

Leonard, was an excellent help to me in the electrical depot when I knew nothing about the actual items my husband asked me to pick up. He went above and beyond and took the time to help me find what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and very patient.

I was helped by the customer service staff and was very pleased with the help and concern they showed me. Gee Gee took time with me and it made for a pleasant experience at this location. Thank you

I am sure this Home Depot is like the others, but do not go here. The employee's DO NOT wear masks. All the self checkouts are not sanitized. No sanitizing stations in the store. The employees are rude. If you want COVID 19 then by all means, please visit here.

Thank you Gigi for your help! It was towards the end of the day and she had a smile while placing our order when needed to have a Washing making delivered. She was very helpful and kind, and we appreciated that!

The Store was stocked well and very organized with plenty associates to assist.

The cashier, Kimber Dakota and her helper, (I cannot remember his name) assisted me all my plants, and other garden items. Her helper assisted me with getting all the plants to my car, covering my interior with plastic and assisted in loading the plants. He also gave me some great advice about servicing my vehilcle.

I frequent this Home Depot because the majority of my projects are in this area. I am greeted when I visit and when I need help it is given rather quickly. The employees are knowledgeable and the product line is excellent. Thanks for being in a convenient location with easy access.

Shopped online at the Millenia store but all items were shipped from other stores. Confusing!

Very clean store, has great product, employees are very friendly & helpful. I gave it 4 stars because I believe the Nursery could be alot better, otherwise it is great and we will continue to shop there
