Winter Park has been my home hardware store as long as it's been open. The customer service has always been great!

Isaac and Salome went above a beyond for me when shopping with Home Depot . I highly recommend their service for anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

I came by to make copies of the keys. The gentleman help me out cashier name, Trampus they were extremely kind and also there was a problem at checkout with my cash, but they help me out and even offered a discount for my troubles. Great team, and a great store.

This store has consistently earned four stars from me over many years.

The person from the paint department came to help me load tile when he saw the flooring department was not able to. The self check out is staffed by great people who helped me with a tricky transaction and the help to load my vehicle was so friendly!!

I had a simple project with several questions about supplies. The HD employee creatively and knowledgeable employee who helped me helped solve my problems. The project turned out perfectly.

I visited two other HD stores to buy a specific tool that was listed in stock at those stores. Neither store actually had it, so I called ahead to the Winter Park store and Robin "put eyes on" it and pulled it up to the front desk where I then picked it up. She saved me time and was very helpful.

Nelly & Jeremy will definitely help you and go the extra mile to assist with additional ideas if needed. Please note, the department does get busy so try going on a day when it is not busy or time of day.

I buy as many things I can from this particular store since I take care of multi properties. The store is helpful with many tasks, this one day one of the guys in plumbing explained how to fix some thing that no one else even considered the way he went about it. He was in the plumbing isle, I am more relaxed in this store then any store I know. It's never really a hassle there at this store.

Love rhe service I have received whenever we bought our Washer, Blinds, Paint. etc. They train the employees well and they can help us so much. Store is always clean and most people probably dont mention this, but their restrooms are always clean .

We traveled to multiple locations to consider replacing our old French doors. Deborah worked with us over several months and helped us to make multiple decisions in the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient.

Employee's in this department have great product knowledge and able to suggest and help customers. It also helps if you have photos to show the employee's what you are doing or plan to do.

Not one employee even says hello or asks if they can help you from the electric aisle to the self checkouts. They are all too busy talking about personal stuff. Dont expect great service from this location
