Jessica at the self checkout was amazing .

Employees are helpful Employees know there jobs and products and Seem willing to help find what your looking for A lot of stores don't have knowledgeable employees No one in the Isles to guide you in the right direction to find products, don't thread pipe ,not willing to help to much.

Darrell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we needed to replace a few florescents with the newer phillips LED lights - The Russian lady (sorry, didn't get her name) was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the kitchen department, as we needed assistance in finding the right kitchen sink and proper measurements - Nicole was great fun at the checkout, despite another customer (who was eerily following us down every isle of the store, stalker type) cut in front of us at the checkout, we had some good laughs and ranted about him, she was very pleasant and cheerful.

The cashier working outside at Lawn and Garden, Chelsea, helped me out tremendously and was as friendly as they come. I found a 2.25 gallon arbor vitae for $24.98, but that was the last one in stock. Chelsea gave me that same price on three more slightly larger arbor vitaes that were selling for $29.98 each. What an awesome thing to do and a superb example of great customer service...service which has made me a multiple repeat customer at this location. Love this Home Depot...and Chelsea! She absolutely made my day and was yet another reminder how great this Home Depot is and the high quality employees that work there. Kudos again to Chelsea!!

I received excellent service, from my first phone call to assistance with placing materials into my car. Helpful, positive and efficient employees! Grateful to have you in Brownstown! Thank you.

Most of the people I encountered while shopping here made up excuses and kept walking by when I asked them for help. "I don't work in this department and the person who does is on lunch", "I don't have a phone to call someone to help you", "I'm actually off today", and "I've only been working here for 2 weeks" just to name a few. I don't expect someone that is off work to help me, but I must have asked 10 people to help and every one of them made up an excuse except one. And that one complained to my face that she doesn't work in the department, and the person that does is on lunch. The most helpful thing she did was shout across the store for someone to help me since she didn't work in that department. Finally, one guy came to help and scolded the lady for yelling across the store. This is a sad excuse for customer service.

Store was very clean and neat. The customer service staff are kind and thoughtful. Your floor staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful

Michelle will be sure to open all of your products and make sure you’re not stealing so don’t steal here. Go somewhere else. Oh yeah and if you come in and spend thousands here on a daily basis, don’t worry she’ll inspect you too, so don’t expect any friendly hellos. She won’t remember your honest and been here everyday for over a year.

Gina and Tanya are the best sales associates I have ever dealt with...honesty and integrity are first and foremost in their roles as great associates. I would buy all my appliances from them..knowlegable and sinceriety about the products they sell. and also their personalities and honesty should be rewarded by Home Depot as outstanding associates. they made me feel comfortable to shop more often. I returned an item that got destroyed by ups. I was given and estore credit instead of a gift card.I found out the estore card will take 3 or 4 days to receive. The manager lied to me that he couldn't do anything. I found out otherwise through the 1-800 number.

Store is alway polite, clean and always willing to help. Only thing I had a problem, is when I made my first big purchase as new home buyer ( new circular saw) I could not use my gift card and open a credit card at the same time.

Woodhaven Home Depot is a great store in the neighborhood. They have plenty of materials available for multiple projects; they are convenient; and this store always has a number of employees with whom you can engage in conversation about what you need for your home improvement or repair projects

I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years and have always been treated with respect. The employees seem to always know what maybe needed with the project that I am working to complete.

The Woodhaven Home Depot store is very clean and the workers are all very helpful and respect full my shopping experience is always great because of the knowledge and helpful friendly employees.and great prices and my military discount.

Very knowledgeable and helpful employees Helped me get correct hot water tank. Cashier also helped me apply for credit card and found discounts for me which saved me $100.0, Thank you so much on a day that started out not so good with my hot water tank leaking all over my basement to making it a better day

i made an appointment to have laminate countertops quoted. I told the lady with the accent that i could afford the c group so i need to be quoted for golden juaparana. However, she said those countertops are in my grandmas house and you need to be quoted for bianca romano. I told her that i could not afford that with install, she insisted that it wouldnt be much of a difference and sat down with my measurements and said it would be 2335 with me removing my own countertops and doing my own plumbing. She said i would have to come up with entire amount and pay it in full before someone came to measure and said that i had to pay this in full by 2 weeks later or the price would go up. Excuse me but i didnt want to be quoted for a different one, i wanted be given a quote for the one i could afford. This is not the first time the woodhaven store has been nothing but problems for me and my family.
