Some of the employees here have no compassion for people who have medical issues and can not wear masks!!

We purchased a new GE microwave & stove- convection oven and our employee was incredibly nice , funny, and very informative and several appliances we were interested in. Especially, regarding the delivery process and what to ask, expect and specific details about getting our appliances set up before they left.

The Woodhaven Home Depot always had excellent customer service. I always get the help I need with a friendly smile.

Bought a dishwasher and the associate in dishwashers was very helpful in helping me make a decision on what I needed and the process of installation

I absolutely would not recommend this location. It's disappointing how one person can alter the perception of one store. We normally shop this location but after our run-in with Nikki durning checkout, we have decided to start shopping at the Canton location. What started as a simple request for manger approval on a clearance item turned into a 30 minute dispute questioning the legitimacy of the item's price. We provided a pic of the display price, shelf price, and Nikki had 4 employees validate the item was being clearance for the price we provided. She made it sound like we were stealing and refused to call a manger because she didn't understand what the item was and why it was on clearance. Shop here if you need something quick. If you require good customer service, you won't find it here. Thank you, Nikki! Please know you are making a difference..... just not in HD's favor....

With how difficult it is to find & purchase a washing machine, Andrea was so helpful & made the process a pleasure. It’s also nice to do business in such a clean & neat store!

Customer service in the appliance department was awesome and especially refreshing after leaving a competitor's store where even the store manager did not provide good customer service. Even though the competitor's store is closer to our home, we plan to stop visiting that competitor's store and travel farther to shop here instead for our home improvement needs.

This store is a 5 star for sure. The store and staff deserve a thank you for their care to customers.

The only thing I didn’t care for was the delivery time and charge outrageous

I love this store, especially for seasonal items. I had a mini blind cut to size once. I gave the young lady the measurement I needed. It was a perfect fit for my window. The next time I saw her in the store, I told her what a great job she did, while she was cutting a blind for another customer! Another young lady in the paint department helped me with choosing the things I needed to paint my bedrooms. She mixed the paint I needed and everything turned out perfectly. I'm severely visually handicapped, and am limited in what I can do. Anytime I've needed assistance, the staff has been wonderful. I've never had a problem with returns either.

The store is clean, and the associate was friendly and helpful.

I enjoy shopping at this store and have bought many improvement items for my new condo. They have excellent appliances with a good selection and moderately priced. I especially liked the carpeting that I purchased and the speed it was laid. I would recommend them for that.

The sales associates were extremely helpful, especially Barry who works in the afternoon/evening there.

Great customer service. Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff.

I checked other stores in the area and Home depot had the lowest price on the item I needed. I ordered online and went to the store to pick up and was in and out in ten minutes.

Being a DIY'er, I visit this location regularly... Everyone is extremely helpful, eager to assist and friendly. Which is nice considering most of the projects I do are experiments and I don't always know what to use or how. I have also taken some of the classes they offer and they are really fun and informative.

If you need same day appliance replacement, visit this store and ask for Mike. He is great to work with and is very knowledgeable.

My time spent at the store buying a fridge was a good experience the store employee was helpful . although I was told my fridge would be hooked up and ready to go once it was brought in. none of that matters because my refrigerator was damage and we didn't except delivery.. that was Saturday the 30th of November . today December 3 I finally got in touch with the delivery people who were supposed to contact me yesterday but didn't . only to find out I must wait until the 17 th of December to receive a new refrigerator . really is this how we buy appliances now days if your item is damaged you wait forever to receive a new one HOME DEPOT got their sale so it does matter how long the customer has to wait this is ridiculous im not very happy but is there anyone who will care we will see

I really like the way the store is very clean and the employee's are very professional. And when I run into a problem and can't find something, they go out of their way to make sure I get it.

This is the best home depot around my area as far as the employees always willing to go above and beyond helping customers

Pete (from Garden area) went out of his way to find landscaping flags that were put away for the season. There were 102 flags listed in the Home Depot app and he went the extra mile to find them (he got the ladder and found it). The item was only $1.56 for ten flags but he knew it was important to me. Well done Pete!

The employees at the paint desk are very experienced and the best in the area.
