Only one manned checkout located at very end of store. Might as well work there since employees stand around watching you checkout instead of helping.

I have been going to Woodhaven Home Depot for 20 + years and nver had a problem with anything with service or products..I would highly recommend this store.

Camilla at the Pro desk ALWAYS has our will calls ready when we arrive. She is knowledgeable, efficient and very personable! Mark, also at the Pro desk loads our flatbed trailer with the forklift with ease which is difficult because of the big fenders. I’ve taken a video of Mark loading us and have had to use it to show other employees how it’s done! We work all over Michigan and have shopped at many Home Depot stores. NOBODY takes better care of us than Camilla and Mark!

Very clean store and the manger Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I had. Was definitely a good experience seeing I have had several problems at a couple different locations, but I will definitely be doing all my future shopping at the woodhaven home depot.

OMG ! The sales associates in the Woodheaven MI Home Depot are so friendly and helpfull! Anytime I have a question there is an associate close by to assist me. It seems like I don't even have to ask...thay just ask me first if I need any help. I always get what I need at this Home Depot. Remarkable!!

Terrible customer experience. Lack follow up, no urgency to assist. Passed around to different departments while while trying to get feedback on an order for a project. Very dissatisfied. Could not even get in touch with management, on hold over 30 minutes finally hung up.

Home Depot needs to train their Customer Service better, today the young girl was more interested in being on her phone than helping anyone.

Recently went in to purchase cabinets for my new home and Diane in the cabinet department went above and beyond! She was thorough, showed every available option and gave very helpful suggestions. I will definitely recommend people to her if they’re in the market for new cabinets!

We have always had a lot of great experiences shopping at the Woodhaven Home Depot. Customer service is exceptional.

Very pleasant employees and my visit to this store was enjoyable. No small feat, because I have previously experienced panic attacks at similar large stores. So I was pleasantly surprised how peaceful I felt at this Woodhaven Home Depot! Kudos!

The associates at the Pro Desk are the best! ( Mark, Justin, Camilla ) They go above and beyond to find the items I need and keep me informed of specials and new deals. Associates through out the store are always helpful!
