The salesperson went over and above to answer my questions. I always dread home delivery. Not this time. Cesar and Robert went over and above insuring a perfect delivery and install. In the future, Home Depot will be my first stop.

Horrible customer service, took 3 people all with horrible hostile and argumentative attitudes over a sign that had a deal we were trying to get. Also seen the cashier rudely talk to others and rush an elderly man to hurry up and pay. Then a manager saying this is someone’s department and if we wanted to go all across the store to go to the sign instead of them. 3 others left their things and walked out because of this.

I am not a “handy” tool kind of girl. And I have actually cried in other hardware stores cuz an employee made me feel so stupid. I’ve been to this home depot a dozen or so times and I ALWAYS have to have employees help me and I always leave feeling pumped about my next project.

The employees were freindly and respectful and helped me find everything I needed in a quick fashon.

While I am hassled when asking for military discounts, the inventory is usually adequate. You are never sure as to what the local store will let you have the discount. So most of the time, for purchases under $100, I go to a more convenient outlet such as tru value. However, for major purchases such as chipper, the return is no problem, so that is where they shine.

Since I moved here some twenty years ago, this store has been my go-to store: they have everything I'll ever need, and the right associates I can quiz to help me.

Curtis in Doors was such a tremendous help in getting us set up with exactly what we needed and we were also grateful for his assistance and advice on the lumber for a secondary project. Took the time to set us up for success. So glad we chose Home Depot as our first stop and because of all the help we got from Curtis, it was also our last stop.

Every employee was attentive and helpful

Asked three different employees to unlock the tools so I could make a purchase. No one was willing to help and the last employee I asked gave me attitude that I was asking. One employee was watching YouTube on his phone and wouldn’t even pause the video to address me. So I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I bought a snow blower and was told it would be assembled when I came to pick it up. It was still in the box unassembled. The web page said there was free delivery but at the store I was told it would cost $20.00 to deliver and it would be 4 days before it would come. They only provided one helper to load a 200 # machine.

I appreciate the customer service at this store. If I need help finding anything I know that I can find an associate in an orange vest and they'll do their best to assist me.

Can't find available carts in the lumber department as they are being used for storage of random lumber through out the isles. Hope you don't need assistance from an employee, they treat you as if you are in their way unless you are buying lumber by the bunk.

Went to Home Depot for the 4th of July sale and purchased 6 appliance. We worked with Jim Conway who was amazing. He answered our questions, looked up different appliances, told us which ones were in stock, etc. Overall, he made the purchases EXTREMELY pleasant!!

I really love Home depot, they always have everything i need. Which is awesome, because i don't have the time to run all over town to get what i need.

Parking lot not clean

The store is getting worse every time I go. Old displays are falling apart, the isles are cluttered. Employees have apologized to me for the lack of product and for all the system failures they keep having. If there was another location within driving distance I would try there instead.

Every time that I go to Home Depot I am greeted by freindly staff and if I can't find what I am looking for, a staff member always helps me to find what I need. Home Depot has the best prices, always stocked with products that people need. I will always be a loyal customer at Home Depot, I have been one for years. Home Depot staff, you are the best.

If anything we want to highlight the customer service we received, everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Definitely makes it a great shopping experience. Carrie was amazing!

I recently visited Home Depot in Yakima, Wa and as usual I found what I was looking for quickly and easily and it was in stock so my visit was quick and pleasant. All employees went out of their way to answer my questions and were very friendly

Came in with a goal to return a item i no longer needed the same day and happily got my return accepted in a humble fashion no worries friendly staff and easy to meet new people great employees in the Yakima Valley.

Purchased a discounted product. There were some check out "software" specifics necessary. Kari in garden, Lisa Stacy, Steve Charles and Luis Valenzuela, manager, ALL were determined to get past the software demands. They did, The product is on our deck. They were very professional, friendly, appologetic but mostly, determined to make it possible for me to get the advertised price and product. It was 7:40 pm , at the end of a day; yet, they remained quality employees.

All staff was helpful.
