Juvenal/Jr has exceptional customer service skills. He handled the transactions with ease and made me not feel like a burden while making a return from an online order.

The cashiers, like Laurie, as well as the paint team went above and beyond to not only assist me, but to provide knowledgeable insight on products purchased and good customer service. I was amazed by how friendly the staff was and by how easily they could pick out what I needed just by a short description of my project. Thank you so much!

I would like to thank Juvenal for helping me with my shopping at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable, helpful and saved me time and money by making sure I walked out with the products I needed. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate him and the Yakima Home Depot!!

Great customer service

The employees are really helpful and assist you promptly to find what you need. The store is well stocked with many helpful items for the home owner/home dweller.

It was a very busy Black Friday and the staff member stopped what he was doing to assist me. I quickly got the materials I needed and he made the necessary cuts. He was considerate and professional. The purchase was done in record time and I was on my way. Thanks Richard !

Nathan Rising made our dishwasher shopping trip easy and pleasurable. We were able to sit at his desk during the entire transaction.

I had the most wonderful young man helping me with my purchases in the lumber department today. I am disabled and walk with a cane, this employee did everything he could to help me with all the lumber and a few other items I bought. James is a prime example of how well Home Depot is of hiring the best folks to represent them! Great job!!

Absolutely crooks. Will sell you a $1,500 fridge that's not in stock. Deliver the wrong one after weeks of living out of a cooler. Will straight tell you they'll Deliver the right one the following week. Call you again to tell you they don't actually have the fridge. Then refuse to return your money for over a week. Thus continuing living out of a cooler. Absolutely worthless customer service. Absolutely worthless business. Would Absolutely not recommend to anyone unless they want to start home ownership living out of a cooler getting hosed by home depot.

This location as the same as all H/D stores .... lots for the DIY to keep them busy . BUT.... there are never enough karts in-store for consumers . I know the company wants you to bring a kart from outside in , but , there is not a karts in sight usually , leading a person to believe there might be one inside ..NOPE ... The karts inside are filled with items to be restocked , as per employee comments , and frustration sets in . PITA !!!!

I needed 2 breakers, homedepot.com showed them for $29. My regular store in Richland was out, but said 3 in stock at Yakima. So I drove to Yakima to get them. The prices at yakima where $52 each when I got there. When I checked out the girls at the registers said they can't price match online. Other big box stores can price match any price from anywhere, but homedepot can price match there own website.

I always find what I need, your employees are very helpful & courteous.

In this time of a pandemic, Home Depot completely FAILED to meet standards. The checker pulled down her mask and LICKED HER FINGERS to open the plastic bag, and then she touched all the merchandise to ring it up. I had to wipe everything down with Lysol wipes as soon as I got home. I didn't have time to re-shop, and I got the last of one of the items anyway. Normally, I like shopping there because they are mostly well-organized. However, floor employees aren't very helpful. Two of them directed me to the wrong aisles to find things!

Whoever salesperson EH89UH is, you suck. Your customer service skills were terrible. Don’t ignore your customers after they have been waiting for 15+ minutes and then help someone else who walks up Immediately.

Whoever is in charge of scheduling employees for the pro desk is doing a horrible job, along with Management in charge of new cleaning procedures. I shouldn't have to show up at 6 a.m. in order to beat the rush of homeowners in order to get essential parts for emergency repair situations, because management decided to eliminate the pro contractor line... then have to wait until 7:30 to check out at the pro desk because when the 7 a.m. pro desk employees shows up they spent 20 minutes cleaning.

We went to the store on 4/19/20 just to pick up some paving stone and garden plants. We were left waiting for our purchase in the back of the store for over 2 hours. Apparently the employee's helping us had to take their lunch break and just left us in the back waiting for them. We went back in to the store several times and it still took well over two hours to get loaded. No we did not get any work done that day.

Very clean store, with very helpful employees. Most products really available.
