Went in to Home Depot to look at screen doors, liked one and employee Richard was very helpful and helped me find the door I wanted in stock. Very satisfied with his customer service. Did not need to wait around at all. Very pleasant trip.

Great store! The garden center has the best cashiers. They are always excited about your purchase for your garden. Overall, there could be a little more "greeting" in the store by employees and more "are you finding everything alright?" but this could be due to covid so it's not really a big deal to me. The overall atmosphere is great and when I seek out help, I always get someone willing to help.

Love this store and all employees! We always feel welcome and positive we have what we need when we leave.

Staff could be a lot friendlier and helpful. Shelves were not organized. Understandable that we’re in the mist of a pandemic and things are stressful. But, if you truly do not enjoy your job like most of these employees look and act, just find a new one. Highest hiring rate now.

Irick is the customer service associate and he is the best, if you need to return something or help with store layout he is your guy.

The store is well organized and well stocked with products. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful.

I love how things are organized. And what I like the most is that the Home Depot application tells me exactly where every item is. That helps me save time because I am not having to go through several isles in order to find a single product.

I was shopping for a Samsung Refrigerator and no one had it in stock except for Home Depot. I rushed into the store and met with Rosa in appliances. She was great to work with and had answers to all of my questions. The delivery guys were great to work with too. They took the care needed to bring the frig up the stairs and around the corners into the kitchen.

Terrible customer service in the carpet section. On hold for 15 minutes and then didn't call me back like they promised. Tried to charge $75 each, to move 2 dressers during carpet install. Dressers are 50 inches tall.

Store gave disinformation then tried to right the ship. I was happy until their delivery contractor stated he can’t delivery and no help whatsoever with HD after that. Just a bad experience.
