Karen and Natalie where just outstanding they help me with my items in the check out line and always remember who I am and never out my stuff in a bag they know I am trying to do my part on saving Mother Earth. Just a Big Thank you to Natalie and Karen outstanding job. Just letting you know haven't won anything lately.

My visited to one of my favorite stores was Great Natalie and Karen always go above and beyond what Awesome customer services.

This store is usually stocked with the items that I need, however, I understand COVID-19 has created a lot of challenges on keeping items in stock. Lately it has been difficult to find some plumbing and electrical items I need. This is the main store for the downtown area so it is usually a very busy store making finding help a little difficult sometimes. This store is in a very busy part of Salt Lake and the parking lot is often very tight for the large truck I'm usually driving. Traffic in the area also makes it difficult to access the parking lot. The store has a security guard sitting in the parking lot on a folding chair watching the day laborers that frequent the parking lot. This is a little unnerving to me if they need security to sit and watch them. They need to create an access to the local freeway onramp from their parking lot.

Half the workers had a mask on, the other half had it in their chin.... really?

Cashier Karen was not pleasant to be checked out. She said we were not using the proper cart for pvc pipe which we knew but there were no lumbar carts in the front. She proceeded to tell us that she sued someone for pvc pipe falling on her before and stated now “I’m making you feel bad” which I did not find professional. Please have carts stocked in the front for all uses and if you don’t, don’t have your employee tell us personal stories about her suing people and trying to make you feel guilty.

Outstanding work from Natalie, Karen and Odessa Home Depot is so Lucky to have these ladies working for Home Depot.

Great home depot that has everything you need. Parking lot can be a little hectic at times, but great place to shop.

The kitchen sink faucet was not working right. After an internet search, I found that what was needed was to replace the aerator. I unscrewed the current one and brought it along for reference. Got to the store, and because I didn't know where to find this thing, wandered around awhile and finally gingerly approached two employees standing by a table. Asked if I could interrupt them and ask a question. This seemed most unwelcome and one of them asked what I was looking for. I started trying to explain it when he figured out what it was and cut off the explanation to direct me to the next aisle. They went back to what they were doing. I went over there and finally found the area, and picked out the closest thing to what i was holding. Got back home on the bus and found it was the wrong thing. I really wish someone had taken a little more time with an inexperienced patron and I wouldn't have wasted several hours today.

Linden, the lady working in the paint department, was incredibly helpful. She showed us how to use the computer to find the paints we were looking for, and walked us through how it worked. She then gave us some great advice on how much paint and what type of paint to get. She was incredibly friendly too.

Very difficult to get knowledgeable help, find parts or get answers to project questions. Dirty

Natalie and Karen are outstanding on the job they do and always help me find my stuff and quickly gets me through the check out line.

I liked the available merchandise and the ease in locating and comparing quality and prices.

I have been shopping at the 21st store for many years and only once been disappointed all the rest of the time I have been treated very well and I do my best to always go to this store as for other stores I ran into no product and less help but when I go to my regular store all is well.

Went to the store on 07-27-2020 at 6:00 pm. An employee told me that all personal from Appliance work form 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and that not one could help me with my purchase. Had to return the next day for a price dispute to talk a manager of the store. I talked with two managers, regarding a Dryer and Washer price dispute. Second manager who was an Hispanic was more helpful.

Linden in the paint department rocks! She went above and beyond for us. We can’t thank you enough! Keep up the great customer service.

Karen did a great job getting me through the check out line quickly. I still haven't won the sweepstakes and been filling these surveys out for over seven years.

Home Depot is lucky to have such a outstanding worker Natalie goes that extra mile to make sure the customer gets what they need.

Can never seem to get online ordering right, now anything that goes wrong in there they blame it on coronavirus. Not sure what there excuses will be next year.

Staff rude, store cluttered and inconvenient because of blocked aisles.

Natalie the cashier manager went above and beyond she is so polite, kind and professional she had my item that I needed. I still haven't won the sweepstakes.

This store stays pretty busy, but the amount of employees is very helpful. Usually don't have to wait very long for help.

This is the best home-improvement store (in fact, the best big-box of any kind) I have ever experienced. Employees are knowledgable and genuinely trying to help. Customer service when some issue comes up has never disappointed me. And the way they handle online orders to be picked up in the store makes me wish every store did it even half as well.

The store was clean, everything was very easy to find. The associate Mariana in the paint section was very helpful. She explained to me everything that I needed! I totally recommend this store!

I appreciate the concern of the store employees to make the visit as safe as possible, considering the situation of the virus in the world today. They limited access to a safe level and maintained recommended distances between personnel. Kudos to their diligence during my visit.
