Everyone needs to get in the same page. They need to provide more help when products are not there. Rented a sander, but the recommend paper was not there. Had to go to 3 stores. Also they loaded the same upside down and it tore the inside door of my new car. No one even offered to fix it when I brought it up. I'm very unhappy, it's a new car

4/18/2024 at 8:18 had a really bad experience with the cashier Damaris I was talking on the phone with a customer when she went up to my face snapping her finger on my face I would of understand if checking out my stuff but that does justify her actions

I've been shopping at Home Deport for decades and never had any issues. I recommend them all.

They had beautiful kitchen knobs of which I will be putting in and I have my eye on an air fry, gas stove oven for the near future even the one online at homedepot.com.

I went to the Home Depot on 47th and Western though I have to admit I live in the neighborhood but have not been there in a while. It was a great experience. I found everything I needed and I got a military discount on top of it. I didn’t know they had a military discount program.

Had to be at least 100 non English speaking people in the parking lot today pestering customers wanting to help them load their cars or looking for contract work.

I have shopped at #1986 since it opened (about 15 years ago). Store #1986 is a small and very busy store located in Chicago in an area with no other home improvement stores within 5 miles (could be an hour each way during the daytime). For years I have been frustrated with the disorder, lake of stock and poor service there, until the last month or so. The store has been much better lately. I beleive the reason is the promotion of Joseph to a leadership role, this guy is improving this store very much. Yesterday I purchased 3 hot water heaters and wanted to rent the truck to bring them to the job site, 4 blocks away. When I tried to rent the truck, the associate pointed out my driver's license had expired two days ago, so I could not rent the truck. Joseph and Jeroll offered to deliver the tanks to the job site right away. Later that evening at store closing time, I arrived a second time for some copper fittings and solder. Joseph againg helped me out for the second time in one day by letting me go in and purchase my items. His actions made it possible for me to get the water back on in my rental building for 3 tenants, saving me a ton of problems. What a great guy! Store #1986 has never been better.

after speaking to 4 or 5 representatives who didnt know were things were and spending 40 minutes searching for an product supposively in store at store found Nicole who was outstanding, great and helpful beyond words

I visited this store today it was slightly busy but the cashier made sure she worked fast paced to her best ability and I was in and out!

I find it very annoying that when I have a question about a product or trade, the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am talking about, or as a last result they end up asking google. I believe that the HOME DEPOT corporation in general is at fault for not hiring the correct personal. I have previously worked at Home Depot in the past as a second job but at least I know construction, which ended up helping as many people as I could because I felt their frustration, still today I help customers when I see they need help or clueless on what to buy for their projects. My question to you is why does a customer have to assist another customer rather than the employees? Thank you for your patience but needed to take this off my chest for a while.
