We got Blinds for our New Home in Cumming,GA from this Store. The knowledge, cheerfulness and helping attitude exhibited by the shop floor personnel and staff in general added joy to our experience of furnishing our home and turned it into a pleasure.

I was in recently and needed an item that was going to require me to buy a hacksaw to cut it, but I wasn’t sure how to do it and if I was strong enough to do it. Justin one of the employees offered to cut it for me! This made my day!

When I need to purchase household/home-improvement items, I often will go online and do price comparisons. Home Depot almost always has the best prices, on most items. This particular store is typically well stocked, and the employees here seem to go above and beyond in helping the customer. It made for a very easy and pleasant shopping experience.

Management and customer service at this location has exceeded my expectations while making multiple purchases. Max the manager is so helpful and a delight to speak with. He was patient in resolving a very complex high ticket purchase for me. I love this store.

My husband and I visited this store about a week ago. Hannah, an employee who helps at the self-check out line, helped us find items in the store and gave us advise of things we needed for our little project (wrapping a TV to ship). She then helped us wrap and box the TV in the hot parking lot! She was awesome.

I bought an Echo trimmer that stopped working after a few times - I took it to the customer service desk and they were friendly, helpful and quickly took care of the exchange for a new one. It was done so quickly and they all had positive attitudes and were friendly. great experience today!

I went to this Home Depot looking for soil that was on sale. When I went to the place where it should be, it was empty. I walked an associate if they had any, and she said the truck had just delivered it and she would go grab me some bags. She brought back 6 and then helped me check out. Wonderful service!

Two visits this week and both were great. During my first visit the store manager walked with me to help me find what I needed and to look for alternatives if that particular item was not available. This visit associates said "Hi" or "Hello" and asked if I needed any help. Checking out with the cashier was great. Always my first choice.

Not allowing customers to pay with with their phones is extremely aggravating. We're still in a pandemic, your payment systems have the functionality to accept NFC payments, yet you've not programmed them to work. If you cared, this would be a priority. My interaction with employees was sublime though, as they understood my frustration.

This Alpharetta Home Depot has been a blessing for many families & small business owners in our community. Above all it has been for my family due to the location and the services the employees provide.In the last 6 months we totally relied on this store for our bathroom renovation, indoor home paint & orders like a french door but due to Covid, supplies were in shortage & delayed orders.But they were flexible with changes be it returns or cancelling orders. The manager at this location is quiet and helpful.He is available if a customer need to speak with him and is helpful. This store observes Covid regulations as compared to other stores & that makes us comfortable to shop here. A suggestion for the store: In 2020 the store kept the face mask Tommie Copper brand near the check out which is a better location than the current one, for customers in a hurry to pick up a face mask.

I purchased the wrong size blinds and returned them the next day with no issues. I then got help from Tom in the window coverings area. He helped me find the right items and trimmed them to size.

Successful operations are defined by well trained helpful employees. Every company can stock their shelves with the same or competitive products. The successful, long term company's have employees engaged and a management team who is supporting their team members.
