My wife and I went to HD not knowing which grill to buy. Ron Chin was both knowledgeable and patient. He helped us select one and then he walked us to Jenn, the cashier. She was a great listener and got us details on delivery and having the grill assembled. Both worked as a team.

I decided today was the day that I would replace my tub with a shower. Going to the Annapolis Home Depot was the first best decision of the day, and finding my shower and purchasing it was the second best decision I made today. I am excited about my Shower choice, and even more excited that Home Depot will handle the installation.

Really appreciated Rob’s help and attention helping us work through the configuration and supplies needed for our plumbing project! And we completed the project at home without another trip to the store!!!

We were greeted by Cliff as we were in search of Christmas lights. He was jolly and fun to work with. Cliff offered advice and insights. Great experience!

Finding building materials and getting solid advice is always easy and consistent at this Home Depot. The staff will go the extra step to make sure you find the product that fits your needs. The store is always well stocked and organized. Appreciate the great service from a positive group of staff !

Cliff works in the gardening at the Defense Hwy Home Depot. He went above and beyond his call of duty. I waited for about 30 minutes for a forklift, fortunately Cliff came to the rescue after much waiting. He tried to pull the paver pallet out to load onto my truck, but the pallet broke. He assisted with loading about 250 bricks onto the shopping cart, and then assisted with putting the bricks on my truck bed. He also found a pallet in good condition which we used to load the brick onto.

Alice went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. She did not give up the search for the zero turn that was located somewhere in the store. She found it was in a crate, had it assembled, and ready for pickup within hours of the phone call to check the availability of the zero turn. Amazing Alice! Wish all employees were as wonderful and genuine as Alice. 5 stars are for Alice!

Stewart in the electrical section was completely rude when I asked for help and to show me where a couple components were. He acted very inconvenienced and only pointed and gave direction. He would not show me the components or show me what I might need based on my description. He needs further training and or disciplined. He was rude aggressive and disrespectful. He appeared very lazy and during check out I could see him at the customer service desk giving me a stair down discussing some thing which I assume was me with a lady at the customer service desk. I say that because his eyes were locked on me the entire time during check out. He tried using intimidation however it did not work and I took this method instead of retaliation

There was a terrible mixup with my purchase and Eric in the garden dept, Tiara and Tiya and the manager on duty were the absolute best they helped resolve an issue with my purchase. The deserve an award!!

My wife and I went to a Home Depot to pick up some items for our house that we are remodeling and went to the closest one where we had been doing other shopping needs. The store looked somewhat disorganized. The workers, associates, salesperson did not help. Had to go to a manager. We found a couple of items but did not find other items. We decided to go to the other Home Depot closer to our home. My wife's quote, "It is like night and day." The second Home Depot was cleaner, all personnel were very helpful and I found everything that we needed.

Be careful with your printed receipts. Normally refunds go directly back to the original credit card. But the system could find no record of CC. The system then refused to refund as store credit, leaving me almost $200 out of pocket and no other options. Hours later, with paper copy in-hand they refunded to the original credit card, the same one they had no record of.

I bought a Fiberon vinyl sleeve to slide over the 4x4 fence posts. Imagine my surprise when IT DID NOT FIT! Before I bought it, I talked to the salesman in lumber and told him that the Fiberon sleeve seems to be a bit thicker than the previous sleeves we used (this is the 24th or 25th one). He said "HD hasn't had any complaints." Well....I am complaining! Doesn't Home Depot check its products? I suggest you take a 4x4 and YOU try to slide the 4x4 vinyl sleeve over it.

Ron C. at store #2557 was a great help in the electrical department when he suggested a better alternative for a lightbulb issue, he suggested a dimmer switch, explained how to install. We are very pleased with his solution, thanks Ron!

I came into Home Depot to order a new storm door. The salesperson quoted a promotional price on the door installation. I went ahead and ordered the measurement to be performed which I was charged for. After the measurment was taken, I returned to Home Depot to order the door and was told my door required additional work so the price for installation is triple what I was originally quoted. No one warned me that this could be the case. The gentleman who came to my house to measure did not indicated that there was anything unusual about my door frame that would require additional work. Very disappointing. I don't mind paying the extra money but I think the way it was handled was dishonest.

So, HD advertises that they give a military discount however, today, when I showed my ID card to receive the discount, I was told I had to have a barcode on my phone to receive it. Then the cashier gave me instructions on how to download the barcode. That's not a military discount, Home Depot, that is a HURDLE so you don't have to give one! Boo you.

If you ever have the pleasure to work with Hope in customer service you are very lucky. She goes way beyond customer service!

Just bought 3 rooms of carpeting and was blown away by my salesman (Dominic) and the store manager (Jason German). Both were the epitome of professionalism. No high pressure sales from Dominic--he gave me the info I needed to make the right decision for my family. Jason German is quite simply the best manager I've seen in quite some time. The guy led from the front...from solving customer issues, working the cash register, to pushing carts in the parking lot, the guy was everywhere (no kidding). You don't see that now days. Made me feel a lot better about dropping $4K on carpet today. Thanks for a pleasant experience! Gary
