Sharon was helping me return an item. Super busy rush at the store but she was speedy, nice, and even shared a funny joke. Had a smile on her face amidst the busy rush. Awesome employee.

By indicating you don't have your receipt you're treated like a possible criminal thief of such products even if they were the same ones who rang you up they still put you on this list that monetizes you through your driver's license or ID. However upon trying to bring back my receipt to take that knot off my list the name. You're not given the same respect nor do they notate it Our monitor you can't get the name to the 3rd party company or the number by management because "I don't care to get it it's not my job"

This store had very great employees that seem welcoming and continue to ask if you need help, or assistance throughout the entire visit. The cashier, Parker, was very attentive, and friendly while also providing fast service. I was happy with my visit.

I have had recent expenditures of a major amount on a few different trips at this store. The employees are friendlier than I have experienced generally and helpful.

Did not get what i wanted but am satisfied /pleased with the substitute I purchased

I feel this location is amazing! I love the customer service from all associates and they are so helpful. If an associate doesn’t know what or where a product is they find it with you and or find an associate who can help you with your needs!

Indifferent employees, poor customer service. Will drive a few miles more to the competition where I'm greeted as a customer and they genuinely want to help you.

The employees that work at this store are always so gracious and well trained/informed and in my experience have often gone beyond my expectations in there efforts to help my projects a success! As usual, we found everything we were looking for. Always very pleasant and helpful staff. The store is always clean and organized. It's a pleasure to go to this Home Depot, which we visit quite often!

I had a complicated plumbing situation and Jacki took the time to understand my need and find a solution with me. She was not only friendly but made the experience worth the trip.

The Garden Department was very well kept. We had an employee (I think his name was Lud) help in choosing a plant for my pool area. He also offered advice and tips in caring for the plants I chose. Answered all my questions with enthusiasm. Would visit again.

This particular Hone Depot has some of the most courteous, best, knowledgeable employees. I strongly recommend it!

This store continues to be excellent in customer satisfaction. The employees are knowledgeable about the products, and if the questions are more involved they will have another employee with more specific experience help me. The store is clean and areas for items are clearly marked. If the inventory is low on a product I want I have had employees offer to take the information and have an email sent to me when the item comes back in stock. This is only one of many examples of how the employees are engaged in customer satisfaction. My experience is not the same at other stores of any kind. I've always had a good experience shopping at the Arrowhead Home Depot. The associates are helpful and friendly. Most of the time I find what I'm looking for. Since the covid19 products sometimes are not available. But lately they are restocking and I can find what I need. The place is always clean and organized. I appreciate that very much. It makes it an enjoyable experience.

Clean stocked and Customer service is amazing!!

We purchased an item from Home Depot in Glendale and had a slight problem with it. We contacted the store, spoke to Sean the manager and he was absolutely excellent in handling and resolving our problem, not to mention that he also helped us purchase another product for a person undergoing some tough times and even scheduling the same day delivery which is going to make this person extremely happy. Great customer service here where employees listen closely and address any problem you may have and in the process do everything possible to address and resolve any situation. I don't shop anywhere else for my home repairs and garden necessities.

This store had everything in stock, people were informative and what little line for casier moved quickley...

I often go to the Home Depot on 6160 W Berend Dr. Glendale, when you are a homeowner there is always something that needs to be fixed, and going to Home Depot has now become my place of zen thanks to people like Daniel and Ryan. Daniel and Ryan always seem to be the guys that help me, and I think with all the people that Daniel and Ryan help they don’t even realize that they have helped me severely times before. Whenever I need help I know I can go to the customer service department and Daniel and Ryan will help. I always appreciate great customer service and in general I really just appreciate great people with good manners. The store was very organized, clean, and the plumbing Department assistance from the tall gal was very helpful !

Did not care enough to have cashier line available, self serve setup so bad had to ask were reader was to pay and then walk around partition to use it. Product was defective in the box and attempted to replace defective hardware rather than return product but they do not carry repair parts for the product they sell, had to wait for assistance and when they showed up they seemed to either not care or not familiar with their department and what they were allowed to provide for assistance. No consideration for removing part from another other product package forcing the need for a 3rd trip to return the defective product. Had they pulled a part from another package, they would have been able to just replace the threaded rod and had a new but open box, instead they will end up providing the entire new product in exchange for one that was being installed and thus ending up with a used product that would not be sellable,

The store always has what I want in stock. I like the same as cash option available on my credit card. The no hassle returns policy, this is my first major remodel. I would rather have some extra then the need to run back to the store.

This HOME DEPOT is my "go to" store for everything I need. Be it new appliances, replacement plumbing parts, home lighting, and seasonal decor. Great assistance from employees--all knowledgeable people!

Store lacks employees willing to help when you can find someone. All seem to have the day off except weekends then they are to busy to help anyway

I found the products I needed for a home improvement project I am doing. Lud went above and beyond to help me with this task. He also helped many other customers that asked for his assistance as we were going through the store. Check was quick and easy. Cashier was really friendly and efficient.

My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot and just recently spent over $2,300 for a Maytag washer and dryer with the 5-yr warranty. The washer n dryer will not arrive and get installed until Dec 17th which is about two weeks away. That was my only disappointment.

I love Home Depot! They are always super helpful and the employees are very knowledgeable.

I can't believe that they declined my charge for $9.64. Been a customer for several years and never had a problem. Guess again,
