Ideally you would give a person a choice of standing in line to get help checking out as we often have questions about a price or payment ahead of time. Self check out is a good second option if you are in a hurry, but a replacement for an actual human!

I went in for just a few tools and afterwards I left feeling much better about the project I was doing as they corrected me an skilled me ok the more sufficient tools I needed rather than just belong me get what I asked for and letting me go on thrulut my day, later resulting me to have to come back to get the right stuff. They helped me the first time and off u went! Thank you! Will defiantly be recommending throughout my neighborhood

I bought a ceiling fan and paid to have a professional install only to find out it had a faulty transmitter. When I returned it to the store, Lori was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me return it and order a new one. I just wish I wasn't out $200 for the installation that was all for nothing.

I was shopping in the Carpet department of the Beaverton Home Depot store and received the best shopping experience possible. The employees were helpful and sought to provide options for my purchase that went beyond what I would have expected. Additionally the cashiers were right there to help me and answer any questions that I had.

I had a great customer service at the register Tara was very helpful because I had trouble scanning. I was in a rush and before got all frustrated it help me out right away. Also it help me with a credit card application without pressure me. Thanks

It is a nightmare-inducing form of terrorism to be in a store that allows rampant, violent, utterly out of control, depraved, lawless maniacs to terrorize legitimate customers while the maniacs FREELY rampage through Home Depot stores stealing heaping carts full of expensive merchandise. Recently, I was pushed aside and nearly run over by a very large 30-something criminal running full speed down the aisle I was in, with a cart full of expensive tools, forcing me out of the way. Absolutely terrifying. I have nightmares reliving that crime and having experienced first hand at your store such a rampant breakdown of society all because insanely run companies like yours refuse to do the right thing and hire armed security guards to stop such society-shredding psychopathy. Immediately afterwards, and again weeks later, two seperate Home Depot employees told me that the insanity I experienced that evening "happens all the time. We're not allowed to even attempt to stop them. It's insane." So, honest customers pay more for everything so thieves can steal without consequence. Does that sound normal to you? Because your refusal to fix it is helping make it normal. YOURS IS AN ABSOLUTE INSANE SOCIETY-ENDING WAY TO CONTRIBUTE TO AMERICA: BY HELPING END IT! IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO OPERATE IN A THE MOST BASIC MANNER THAT CONTRIBUTES TO SOCIETY BY UPHOLDING THE BASIC TENETS OF CIVILIZATION, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN BUSINESS. SHUT DOWN YOUR EXCELLENT BUT PARASITICALLY FLAWED OPERATION AND ALLOW OTHERS TO REPLACE YOU THAT HAVE THE FORTITUDE TO STAND FOR THE PRINCIPLES OF HUMANITY, NOT LITERALLY STAND BY AND WATCH AS IT COLLAPSES. You have a responsibility to fix what's wrong in your stores. Please do so, before it metastasizes further and destroys even more of America.

I just had the most pleasant visit at this store. My Home Depot card kept getting declined and the customer service employee made me feel at ease and welcomed! Super patient and super friendly.

Barb went out of her way to make sure that we found exactly what we wanted. The AC unit hadn't been unloaded from the truck yet so she made sure one was set aside and labeled for me to puck up the next day. Overall it was a great experience and I got exactly what I was looking for.

We are renovating a one hundred plus year old house. Home Depot has become our home away from home. We are especially grateful for the knowledgeable and patient store helpers. They know so much and listen so carefully. We really feel like we can tackle the job once they load us up with whatever we need and carefully explain and make me take pictures of how stuff will go together.

I really enjoy coming to this Home Depot since it is very convenient on my way home in the Beaverton area. Always great people at this store.

Store is just the right size - not super huge Easy to get knowledgeable help

I needed some 4’ x 8’ panels cut and appreciated having them cut at the store as I don’t have an easy way to make cuts like that at home

I would drive past the stores that are closer to home so I could shop here. The employees are friendly. That’s the main reason I also have better luck finding items in stock here than in Hillsboro.

The folks at this store have always been very helpful and patient even when I have been somewhat confusing. Great staff
