We remodeled and installed new carpet and laminate flooring. High quality product, great price, fantastic customer service and installers. Would do it again!

Store was well organized to locate items and employees were very helpful with any questions.

I have found that shopping at the Bellevue Home Depot in Nashville TN is always a wonderful experience.

Jodi Johnson was a top notch salesman. She was knowledgeable,quick, and explained all the features to me I was concerned about. She also found and explained the ones she didn’t know. She helped me find the best stove that would suit me and last long term. I have been looking for two years and she went the extra mile to finally seal the deal. I am so grateful for her and the service she provided to me. She went beyond the xtra mile and she did it with joy. You could tell that is who she is. This was my second time with her this year and she even remembered my face and knew she had helped me before on a different matter. What a fresh breath of air. Absolutely amazing.

Never have i seen so many employees standing in one area, offering no assistance even when approached. Take my advice…GO ELSEWHERE

Excellent customer service with many knowledgeable associates. Ask for Ricki, in plumbing and other areas in the store. Dennis, in all around questions with helpful advice. Both are experienced on projects. Amanda and Jody in Appliance’s really know their stuff about all product aspects and excellent above average customer service. Most other associates are very helpful as well. Among other Home Depot Stores, the Bellevue, Tn. location stands out as best in my opinion. A+++

The cashiers and associates were super friendly and helpful but whenever I checkout there’s always a line. It always seems like there’s never enough people. Cashiers are short staffed while also trying to help other departments with no people, such as hardware. I come here specifically for the amazing checkout service. My five stars go to the cashiers.

Mia, Cheyenne, Jordan, and Adam are always super helpful and go above and beyond to make sure my orders are good to go on a daily basis

I feel as if I was being hunted for prey...Then I was rudely approached by an employee and asked if I wanted him to take my items and put them in the gentleman's cart that I was with that he seen me talking to. I informed him that I wasn't with any man in the store and just because I spoke to someone in the store does not mean I was with them. I'm still in shock.

had the baseboard that I needed. just had to come to store to purchase as it wasn't set up to purchase online.

Was able to bring back some 10/2 electrical wire and get the 12/2 which fit my needs with out issues. We know serval employees at this store and it helps being able to speak with the professionals in different departments to get advice and fill our needs. Dennis or Ricky in plumbing, Carolyne is Kitchen Design/Appliances or Julie in Gardening only to name a few. There is a reason why these employees are available year after year. A well ran business always leads back to management. I will be back for my next need even though one of their competitors I pass by every time I go. 5 stars is my vote!

Had the best customer service. Thanks to the manager Tony! Helped with exchanging a door. Made the process very easy. Cashier Courtney was great and Shannon in doors. Did not get the employee who worked in lumber who helped but he was also very helpful

Dennis, in the plumbing area is a fantastic associate! He really listens to the customer and is very knowledgeable. He made sure that I had all of the necessary items to complete my project and gave me detailed insight on using the items. Thanks to Dennis, I made one trip to Home Depot, was there an acceptable amount of time, and home finishing my project without frustration. I intentionally drive an extra 15 minutes past Lowe’s to get this kind of service. Dennis gives dogs that come into the store treats, too!

Scot was incredible by calling other stores for an item on clearance. In addition, his personality of outstanding professionalism was addictive!

Even though HOME DEPOT was somewhat busy, Brad went out of his way to help me pick out another battery operated blower that was compatible with the batteries I already owned. He was friendly , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Ryobi blower has been fantastic. Better than the last blower.

I was approached by Jodi Johnson. She was so attentive to my needs, knew the products and that help me make my decision to go ahead with purchase of dishwasher. I will look for her specifically when I return for a fridge. I especially like being approached. Otherwise, I feel like I'm interrupting someone.

Somebody needs to get the commercial property owner to fix the enormous potholes entering and exiting your store. I’m sure that HD pays them enough to fix it. It’s in terrible shape. Everything else about this store is excellent.
