I bought siding corners some months ago and BH store 2768 did not have anymore in stock Cashier Natalee made a call to store 2720 and employee Sarah B. Devised a plan to help get the siding corner strip I desperately needed. I'm so grateful, I didn't expect them to go the extra mile. I'm so thankful.

My shopping experience was educational, insightful, helpful, and unforgettable. I learned so much, and felt like Tom was looking for any opportunity to make my time at Home Depot a singularly remarkable experience.

I've found that this store has had items that were either out of stock or unavailable compared to my normal Portage/Kalamazoo store. Customer service has also been very attentive and the staff goes out of their way to help you find items quickly and efficiently.

I’ve always had problems with the Home Depot stores in the past but my last few visits were exceptional! I will return! The staff was friendly and helpful!

I visit the Benton Harbor Home Depot most every day. I am greeted with smiling faces and a warm hello. If I need assistance, they are quick to provide it. We are lucky to have such a great place in our area. If your not shopping at HD, you should.

No cashiers in the store only self check out.

This store has NEVER. Disappointed me! Just went into again for carpeting and was first assisted by Ronnie who was wonderful! Then went back to store with decision and was assisted by Aiden who was VERY. helpful and patient. Then was Assisted and Chad the store manager who came and introduced himself who was wonderful and informative with many questions that I had. Your gentleman who came to measure at my home was very precise and on time and very informative. His name was Sam. We were then directed to paint and Moe assisted us also, He was professional and very informative also! Love this store! They will have all my business and will recommend this store and staff to all Paw Paw lake. Belong to a Facebook page in which to do your recommendations which Benton Harbors Home Depot will be at the top of my list! Continue the excellent Customer Service! Thank you!

I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEM WITH ANY PURCHASE OR RETURN I HAVE HAD TO MAKE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. THEY EVEN WILL WALK YOU TO THE ITEM YOU HAVE INQUIRED ABOUT.

As a pro contractor, I can tell you I'm in the store a lot and it keeps going downhill. The number of managers they run through should be some indication of what's wrong. The store is poorly stocked, crowded main isles, rude staff, and staff that does not offer to help. It is always behind the times on technology. Took forever to get a self-checkout and still not on the commercial end. Don't get me wrong-a few good mainstays on the staff, but anymore it's not enough to make up for all the bad ones. Shelves are always disorganized, Stock is not pulled down and refilled at night, and you cant get a cart down the main runways without hitting pallets of stock.

I purchased pant. The gentleman Maurice was helpful in helping me pick the correct color. His knowledge of paint was worthy. I appreciated his help.

THE LADY THAT GREETS CUSTOMERS IS ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE I HAVE COME ACROSS IN A LONG TIME.

It really helps my shopping trip to be greeted by so many employees.

My husband and I went there to buy items. He is a disabled vet. The store was cluttered, aisles filled with merchandise while employees stood around talking. The cashier for self check out, acted like we were inconveniencing her by my husband asking how to do the military discount on self checkout. Never thanked us for being there and walked away angry back to what looked like her phone. We will not return.

Everyone is educated in their area, need help, you can actually find workers in the Benton Harbor location. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and they THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!

THE STORE #2768 WAS WELL KEPT AND THE AGENTS WERE REALLY NICE AND SUPER HELPFUL. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO TO THE HOME DEPOT STORE WHENEVER I GET THE OPPORTUNITY.

I don’t know how Home Depot finds the right people but I can guarantee you that you ALL make the difference. I don’t always get the best rewards from my purchases but I would rather shop your store because HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES make the store work. Friendly, helpful, and FRIENDLY!!! It goes a long ways. I would like to thank Ana for her outstanding customer service. So many time employees are too busy, and not interested in greeting the customers, or addressing their concerns. Ana made my experience at this store a good one. I will be returning to this location in the future.

Great customer service from everyone I experienced! Love that I can use my military discount for everything without jumping through hoops and setting up a profile online like the other major competitor!
