I came into the store to buy a pack of lightbulbs for $3.97, but my wife asked a studious employee if he sold hanging baskets without a plant in it. I told my wife I never saw one without a plant. Arnold scooted away on his scooter and said follow me. There they were! I said you wouldn't happen to sell a chlorinator for a pool would you? Off he went again and showed us. We also picked up a couple of other things as well now that we were outside. So Arnold turned a purchase of $3.97 into one of $73.10 with other things we needed. Thank you Arnold for helping us shop & find everything we needed!

Berlin Store is always clean, shelves are well stocked and the employees are knowledgeable a very helpful. My Go To Home Depot!

I love how the employees at the customer service solved my problems there, specially when I ordered something and after the item being sent back due be being damaged 3 times and waiting for six weeks for it. They took care of it by replacing the order for free. Every time I go this store employees are friendly, helpful, polite and they help me when what I need promptly. They go the extra mile to make me feel like they are there just for me.

I go to many Home Depots because I work all over NJ, They are all good but the West Berlin store, 940, is better than all others because the employees always seem and act happy! It's really crazy that it is so different from the Lawnside or the Egg Harbor store (just for example). I don't know why it is that way but I love it.

People are friendly. Rest rooms are very clean. Sufficient product on the shelves. I would like to see more associates wondering through the aisles so I could have asked questions. Prices seem very fair. Give me more cashiers, less self check outs.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. There is always someone there to help you. The employees must love working there they are always smiling and have a good attitude. The shelves are always stocked. Like I said I have never had a bad experience at this store.

Bill in D27 went out of his way to help us. Not only did he approach us first but he was buy our side helping. That included crawling on the floor and getting 2 separate ladders to help us find a specific light. Kudos Home Depot! There are several closer to my home but I will now only go to this one!!!

I came to the store to pick up another set of Halloween lights. The entire section of Halloween decorations had disappeared & replaced with Christmas stuff, even though it was still 19 days before Halloween. The set of lights I had previously bought were poorly made. The fuses inside the socket were so small that it was difficult to handle them & they would not drop into the plug. I ended up losing them because they sprung out while trying to use a screwdriver trying to force them into the plug. There was no sign or anyone to tell me what happened to the Halloween decorations. I finally found them in the other end of the store, but the small set of candy corn lights I had wanted appeared to be sold out.

I had a wonderful appliance buying experience. I'm so happy with my new washer and dryer. Krista, Yolanda, Yahnique, and Caleb found ways to save me money and looked for more ways, too. They were so helpful and I am grateful as I got much more than I expected for much less! Thank you!
