I had an issue with my crapper, Ryan , was THE MAN he helped me out big time .my 6 year old told me he chucked a Gatorade pod down the toilet so he walked me through how to swap out my crapper and how to change the wax ring ! My man was ON POINT wit the knowledge! Thanks 🙏 Ryan

Your people make the store great. Paul (Irish gentleman) & Laurel always go out of their way to create a welcoming friendly environment. This visit my goal was to purchase windows & the associate was either out to lunch or absent and Laurel did not hesitate to drop what she was doing & jump on the forklift to give me a hand and see the sale go through as the cashier software was having issues. Great service. Thanks to both, Paul & Laurel.

I visited store on 5/22/24 around 2 O'clock. I asked for help and waited for more than 45 minutes for help 3 to 4 employees. I needed two water hose but there was one only and online it show up than 50. I asked two times at customer service and after 50 minutes got an answer not in stock since online it clearly shows more than 50!

I was very nice that a cashier that I was passing by actually greeted me and asked if I needed any help finding anything.

I recently purchased a dishwasher at the Berlin store and it was a great experience. Honestly! Lydia helped me and she is truly a gem! She was knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and all her coworkers seemed to feel the same. They were also nice and friendly as well. I did have an issue with “non-installation” and went back to the store at first a bit frustrated with the wait for someone to help us. But it really was me long date annoyed my dishwasher wasn’t installed nothing to do with the store. Once we got to a person who could assist they were great- I do not remember your name sir you work in the kitchen install area- He was great took his time to show his coworker how to handle the issue so she would know going forward as well. All in all great customer service completely outshone my excitement of my new dishwasher! Great appliance btw LG quiet as a mouse and works like a champ.

Purchased an artificial tree, there was only the display left. I asked if the remote came with it and was told yes. Got home and no remote. Called the Berlin store and was told not their problem. They were absolutely no help at all. Have to now return that tree and get another at another store. Very frustrating and could have been handled much better.

The customer service I received twice in a few days from this location was impeccable.

Anytime you ask for help, no employee wants to help. Then when you speak with the manager (Jasmine), she does not hold employees accountable and brushes your complaint off.

I have been on the hunt for a microwave with very specific features. I went to two other appliance stores near this Home Depot. Neither was very helpful. Lydia in the Berlin Home Depot was so pleasant to work with. She knew the stock and the store policies, and took her time answering all my questions.

Staff was kind and helpful. Answered questions and retrieved the information if needed. Will shop there again definitely.

If the customer service staff doesn't like the way you look or act they are quick to label you as "Sketchy" and discriminate against you. As someone with OCD this can be degrading.

I always find the staff at the Berlin Home Depot to be helpful and friendly. They are always willing to answer questions and happy to help.

I needed a new faucet for a bathroom sink. Unfortunately when I was removing the old faucet, I noticed a large crack in the old sink! Great Looking online I found one that fit in the Berlin Ct. HD. Online computer said 3 in stock. When I arrived, I could not find the correct sink. After getting frustrated, I met Margarita!! She went out of her way searching stacks of sinks looking for the 182 model. Eventually she found an old beat up box that was ripped and covered with years of dust. She inspected the sink, cleaned it and not only wiped down the box, but she did an excellent job of repackaging and resealing the original carton the sink came in. She assured me that the sink was not used and it still was covered by warranty. Furthermore, she stated that if I had any problems, I could return it for an exchange or refund. Margarita turned a negative experience into a positive one, for the consumer. She truly went above and beyond what was required. This world needs more Margaritas!! Thank you !!

Every time I shop at the Berlin, Connecticut Home Depot, I am met with very friendly and helpful employees. I always find what I need.

I went in to buy a certain product and she spent 20 minutes looking at the top part of the shelves looking for the right SKU#. There were hundreds of boxes and she looked at everyone trying to find the product I wanted. She walked all over the store went up and down many many isles. I finally found it after 20ish minutes and she kept apologizing the entire time saying sorry it was taking so long. Tall louanne from the Berlin store is amazing!

Bought some garden plants and misc items. I found the staff very available, helpful, and friendly. Checkout was quick to. Love it! Thanks Home Depot.
