Ordered dinette from HD 11/29/22. It was delivered to me 12/22/22. Tried to return Jan 17,2023. They would only give me store credit due to over 30 days. Only had it 3 weeks from delivery date. They said the 30 days start at order day. So I actually had 1 week to approve the purchase from day I actually received it. Unbelievable!!

I spend a lot of time in Home Depot these days. I prefer shopping at Home Depot rather than other hardware stores because it’s convenient, employees are helpful and they’re friendly.

Will continually shop here. The employees are kind & helpful. The store is clean/organized. Appreciate the company providing military discounts to vets.

This is our second time purchasing appliances from this location, and everything was super easy. The associate helping us, Ahmed, is so patient with having a million questions asked, and never seems to be rushed or irritated (even when my kids are being quite testing!). Everything was smooth as can be, and I will happily be back a third time for appliances, should the need arise.

I went in looking for a metal sawhorse. What should have been a simple in and out trip turned into frustration. I had an isle and bay location for what I was after but had difficulty locating the item. Despite crisscrossing several isles no one stopped to ask if I needed help. The fact that this store has done away with cashiers which can make or break a shopping experience is frustrating. It was like no one cared that I was in that store to spend money.

I would normally give home depot 5 stars but this last shopping experience has made it very difficult to give it even 3 stars. I needed just a little assistance with finding a chain for my chainsaw and when an employee discovered me casually wondering aimlessly looking at this & that, she asked if I needed assistance which I said ya back over with chains for my saw. She was nice enuff to send me back to isle 3 where someone would come to give me a hand with finding the right part. The employee that arrived clearly had no clue about this department and should have never been called over to assist anyone. Foolishly, I allowed her to convince me to buy an 18 inch chain when I already thought I needed 16 inch one. And she was even trying to say that a 20 inch chain was what I needed. I believe her husband has lied to her about measurements there entire life. I can not recommend going to this home depot no matter how much one loves going in there just to see all the wonderful toys, if you are in need of such an intricate item.

Theresa the head cashier went out of her way for me to make sure I was able to get a coupon applied to my almost $500 purchase! What a great way to make sure I was going to be attended to and that I would be a repeat customer!

Every single employee we encountered today was friendly and helpful and made our water heater exchange a breeze. We were very apprehensive about everything and ended up extremely impressed with our experience.

I was looking to construct a stand for a very large fish tank and found much of the lumber exceeding the dimensions of what I needed. As I ask for help from the employees in the lumber department they showed interest in my project and assisted me in finding lumber that met my needs and kept my cost in line with what I had budgeted. Very helpful staff.

We had the best customer service at the checkout by an employee named Duane! He was full of humor and great energy. It was definitely needed after a long day!

Bought a shower install, sent 1/2 of the funds necessary to Home Depot Credit. They showed the credit in the account, but they refused to forward the credit to the Home Depot Store, because it was more than the credit limit on the account. As far ans quality and value

Totally impressed with customer service and their knowledge. Talked with several employees and each one escorted us right to the products we were questioning about. In this day and age of customer service being done by a computer it was a very pleasant visit.

This is by far my favorite Home Depot store! Clean, efficient, good team players...If only it wasn't a 4 hr drive from my vacation house, my husband and I would be there every weekend! I came in with a crisis and left with all my problems solved.

Very surprised and disappointed to find out there is no tool rental at this Billings, MO store. Even Safari will bring up the Billings store if you put in “tool rental”. My shopping experience was pleasant and the employees very helpful.

feels like family, & everyone knows this store, where things are, knowledgeable on products, suggestions, assist on any additional requirements/needs. Clean, organized, carry out/loading assistance if needed. Never been ignored or overlooked & never to busy to stop whatever & help. Even when helping others they call in more assistance to help. Love this store!!!
