The young man named Hayden went above and beyond to help me secure my flooring on the top of my car for my 135 mile drive home. The young man who helped with the flooring really didn’t want to do his job, he was not the least bit professional.

I found a blower on line but when I went to purchase it 2 store associates couldn't bother to help.

Home Depot always seems to have something new and different for the project I'm working on which makes my projects that much more awesome when their done. They also seem to have a great selection of products to choose from.

For such a large company, they offer no health safety for ANYONE.

Frank at check out was cordial /sincere and professional Assistance store wide a bit poor but with all that is going on it is what it is just glad they are open and Had what we needed for a super price! Better than the other store across the street...

Associates around the store were so easy to find. All were so helpful and seemed to appreciate their jobs.Prices and products were outstanding. The store and restrooms were very neat and clean

Looking for a special wiring connector. None of the employees that walked by me asked if I needed help. When I finally had to ask someone, the response "It should be around here somewhere" and walk off is not helping. This is why I rarely shop here, and will usually order something from another location than go into this store.

NEED TO TAKE A CLASS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you want your infants to freeze as walking out to your car because they won’t let you walk out the door closest to your vehicle then this is the shop for you! PRODUCTS WERE NOT STALKED AS LISTED. VERY DISORGANIZED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The cashier Hilary was great. Got a new credit card, that went smooth. Costumer service did a great job on that.

They really do go above and beyond for all of their customers! They all really seem to enjoy where they work.

This store has a great selection of garden,flower items at great prices, home repair of course and returns are handled respectfully, not hassels, i even returned something over the date of time to return (by one day granted) and they accepted it no problem. much appreciated since i don't live in town.

From the past this store got Super Clean and Better organized, Great Improvement. The Manager must like to get envolved and take pride in his work and job. He is to be commended for his hard work. Thanks for a good experience …..KenKsr

Duane was awesome made us feel welcomed and he helped us with our purchase along with any help we needed. Jon got us the help we needed and bern was an awesome electric guy with very good information.

I was looking for a bread maker machine in Billings Montana and no one had one so I looked at home depot and found out about all the products online available by ordering through the store. Staff was very helpful with locating what I wanted, mailing it for me and I was absolutely thrilled about all I didn't know I could get at Home depot . Very happy about my purchase. I will check this store first for everything I purchase first. Thank you so much for all the help. I was very surprised.

We LOVE shopping at the Billings Home Depot The employees always greet us, and assist us in anything we need When we are looking for home/yard items. It is the first place we stop. We usually do not have a need to look anywhere else

I would recommend this store to everyone. I have always been able to get assistance easily when I have needed it. The selection of merchandise is very good, Pro Desk has been a big help, load out personnel has always been willing to help.

We went to store to look for a replacement countertop microwave oven. We were greeted almost immediately and shown to the area where these were in stock. We decided to purchase one since they had what we wanted at a good price. As we were headed to check out, an employee in appliances said he could check us out instead of having to get in line at the front of the store. He also informed us if we applied for a credit card we could save $25 on the purchase. Friendly, helpful employees, had what we wanted at a good price. Quick service.

Although some of the employees lacked common knowledge of where products are located, and at least one need additional training on customer relations, generally I enjoy shopping at this store.

This is one of the best Home Depots that I've been in. The store is always clean and fully stocked, but what makes this store is the friendly staff that greets you at every turn.
