Purchased the opener and had to take it home as the installers can't pick it up, after paying for opener and the install it sill hasn't been installed and I can't reach anyone that knows what's going on or get returned phone calls. Looking for a handyman to do the install now and hope to get my install money back!

I went to the pro desk to ask where the large carts were for items. I was told to go outside to the cart return & get one myself in the rain. There was about 20 people stocking shelves, one of those workers could of went outside for 10 minutes to bring some carts inside for customers. The cashier would rather stand there & do nothing then help a customer who needed help.

Myself and my husband visited the store late Labor Day evening. It was the only day and time we could both make it out to the store to pick out our bedroom and nursery carpeting, given our opposing work schedules. The flooring department took great care of us and followed up immediately the next morning to confirm our order.

The refrigerator came damaged. The delivery people were terrible at installing our appliance.

don't save you money. eliminate an entry level job for kids

This month I have needed to buy paint, change a paint color, buy flooring, purchase kitchen appliances, a LOT of lumber and much more. To say we have been to home depot a lot if an understatement. It feels like we live here. Its always nice to come in and have employees that are helpful and cheery. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and they have made this remodel so much easier and less expensive than we were planning on.

I went to buy a washer and dryer and the salesperson was very helpful to me

The women at customer service was so rude. We were trying to return a sink, and did not know about the 90 day return policy. Instead of explaining it to us, the girl laughed in our faces and kept repeating “no receipt no return”. even when we asked how long is the return policy because we knew we put the purchase on our visa, she refused to answer and kept repeating “no receipt no return” while laughing until we walked away. She really thought she had power over us, lol. As a contractor myself, take your business elsewhere.

I bought a Toro cordless power blower.

I was very pleased with the help received in designing my old kitchen into an up to date kitchen. Ordered all my cabinets and looking forward having a new look with quality workmanship.

When I shop here I always try to find Michael C who works in the paint department. Always positive and friendly towards customers. Carries on conversation with me every time I go shopping.

The people who work at this store make this store special. People smile and are easy to talk to and will go out of there way to assist. I highly recommend shopping at the Boardman OH Home Depot.

I buy a lot of products at this location. The employees are friendly and helpful. My cashier Kelsey was very nice. I will shop here as long as I can find what I need.

Even though they were closing soon, everyone was super friendly. Chuck went above and beyond to help us in the plumbing department.

Store always has plenty of items in stock and is easy to get in and out of during peak traffic hours.

me and my family have been shopping the store the past few days, each time we've gone the same loader is helping us. Mike C goes above and beyond to help us. he's set cardboard down on the bed of truck to help protect the new paint job we did. other stores havent even helped us load. Mike is the best!

not as good as the Salem Ohio store yet, but much improved from out last visit a while ago. Our cashier Gayle was a pleasure to work with as we had some gift cards to redeem

The paint department could improve by asking one or two questions about your paint project BEFORE mixing a color gallon of Interior paint for an Exterior project. Other than this one time error, this store was clean, well stocked and had what I wanted.

RENASIA MADE MY DAY! She’s a young woman with GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE!! I had problem returning KNOBS ONLINE!! Don’t do that if you’re not sure you’ll keep them! She stayed 2HRS on the phone with .com rep who hung up on her & she had to restart a LONG return. I had to go back & she was smiling & super patient. This is the 3rd store/associate who tried to do it & boy was she professional, pleasant, patient… 6stars

Gayle the cashier was very good .

I came for roof sealant with a picture and item number. The packaging looked different so I asked a associate in roofing to look it up and they sent me to customer service. Customer service said they couldn’t look it up and sent me to paint. Paint looked at the picture and said that was it. The point was I specifically wanted someone to look up the item number and see if it matched. I could have looked at it and guessed myself. Not only did 3 different departments waste my time, but they still didn’t do what was requested. Only good part was the friendly cashier.

I found everything I needed with the help of some great sales associates.Small business service in a big box store. Thank you Michelle, Nancy and Gayle!
