THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND.

My review is very simple. If need any kind of products that are offered in the Home Depot, then why in the world would you go ANYWHERE ELSE??????????

Was told I would be called day before delivery, was not! Plus cord was 5$ more in delivery than buying from store. My time is just as valuable as yours. Sitting home without stove waiting for call not my idea of prompt service. We do need to eat too.

Those ladies at the service desk is very friendly, efficient, and fast. They never become rude when I want to check out with them. They were trained well!

I have been going to Home Depot for 30 years. I buy many products from Home Depot due to the dependency of good customer service and that I am able to find quality products in the store. Everyone who works at the Boardman location are very friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers. I have made purchases for the home and I love their garden section during the summer months.

The employee in the Appliance Department was very helpful even though Home Depot didn't have the refrigerator on the floor for viewing. The 2 gentlemen who delivered our French Door LG Refrigerator were polite, friendly and extremely efficient.

This store is clean, neat and well stocked a d has mostly knowledgeable staff..And willing to help you find what you need and answer in questions you may have..And the children workshop at the beginning of the month is free but really a great time to to teach kids how to follow directions and build...

I moved here six years ago from New Jersey and This is the only sore which I buy all of my appliances and other items when I lived in New Jersey and I will do the same here. I love all the great deals.

Today was the worst experience that i ever had at this store, Asked 5 employees for help 3 pointed me in the wrong direction, and they other 2 weren't much better. A wasted more then 30 min. and walked away nothing.

I've visited Home Depot numerous times but this time the personnel was soo helpful and friendly I just had to comment. Keep up the good work!

Go to Lowe's or Menards, they have cashiers and comparable prices.

I was looking at getting a lawn mower for my daughter who just bought heer 1st house. We were looking at some of the dofferent models. Associate named Mike C offered to help us. We explained what we were looking for. He walked us through all the different mowers from push to self propelled. We talked about being on a budget and he found us a push mower within that budget. He was very helpful informative and walked us to the registers and helped us load it into the

Great store filled with knowledgeable associates that are eager to help.

There are always people on the floor to assist with finding items for a quick & easy in & out shopping experience. Also heavy items had to be found in stock (Gazebo) (Carpet) etc and then brought to the front to be loaded. I left one of your competitors because they made me wait 40 minutes before they found an item. Customer Service people made this transition very "simple" !

We visit your Boardman store very often. The associates are helpful. The products I usually seek are most often available in the store. I am able to get assistance in the store if needed. The store is clean.
