I just want to take a moment to thank Leslie and Michael for their assistance today. I needed some help grabbing wood for a graduation program. I am not familiar with the store and also needed some help cutting large pieces into 1' sections. Leslie and Michael took the time to assist me and went the extra mile to help make the graduation speech impactful for the kids. I truly appreciate their help and it's employees like this that will keep me coming back.

No checkout stands open, only self checkout. 5 staff at customer service and 2 at self checkout. Disabled elderly woman unable to get assistance at self checkout with 2 associates there. Self checkout line was really backed up. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I need to reroof my Duplex, and Debbie Thomas was instrumental in getting all of the necessary materials for my job. The Pro Department is the best asset of HomeDepot, and they have incredible employees.

Went in to get a door and we got great service and were able to be in and out in 15 minutes.

My husband and I purchased three Schlage keypad locks and wished to have them all keyed for the same key. The associates were decidedly unhelpful and told us they could not do this. Another associate said she did not have time to do this. Very surprising, considering we have purchased these same locks for a separate property and had it taken care of easily, at the same Home Depot in question. Bummer!

Juanita was friendly and helpful in helping me use the new military discount app on my phone for the first time

Had the sweetest cashier, Donald was very friendly and professional. Made my morning very pleasant coming outof this store.

I am happy with every purchase that I make at Home Depot. If I don't need something all I have to do is return it.

Pat went out of her way to help me locate an item that showed “in store” on the app but was not on the shelf. She found it in back stock and climbed up high to get it for me.

I bought a bunch of bathroom stuff and Vanessa helped us through it. She has the best customer service I’ve ever had !

Even shopping on a Black Friday the employees at both customer service and the front end of the store were very friendly and helpful! We were very surprised that we got in and out and found all the items we went in for in a quick amount of time due to the employees who helped get us thru check out and our heavy items loaded into the truck! Milwaukee Home Depot is always one of my "go to" stores. Thanks, Kim and Travis

I’ve been looking for an exclusive Home Depot product. Not to be found for 100 miles. I found it on the web at the Boise store. Called customer service and SHERRY found it for me. Then she went and pulled the product for me to ensure my 36 mile drive wasn’t a waste of time! Outstanding customer service!!! Thanks Sherry

Everybody in the store is extremely helpful The pro desk Sherry and Debbie always make my experience I go out of my way to come to this store if I'm anywhere in the treasure valley I would definitely recommend the store to everyone

We came looking to update all our appliances. The person that took care of us was very kind and patience with use and she also demonstrated a lot of knowledge about brands, models, features, etc. She also went 90 minutes beyond her working hours, always with a smile in her face, to help us choose and buy exactly what we needed, suggesting models with less features where it made sense (microwaves are for heating up, not for fancy baking), as well as models a little bit more expensive but with very useful features like the dishwasher with integrated solid food disposal and that does not need us to clean the filters every time. She also helped us find the best bundling deals and promotions and when we realized we had gone beyond our credit limit she contacted the credit department and helped us increase our credit limit. We came out of the store feeling extremely satisfied with our purchase because we got exactly what our household needs, not more, not less. And also at the best price.

This is definitely my favorite store in the whole treasure valley My experience with the pro desk and the relationships and I've been able to build with the employees here are above and beyond my expectations and don't forget about Debbie she's the best

The associate at the paint desk was friendly and helpful, although I don't remember his name. Jeffrey checked us out and was delightful. He told us about the benefits of the Home Depot card without being pushy. He was warm, friendly, and very welcoming, which was very nice since we are new to the area.

Everything was easy to find, but if I couldn't find something, there was an associate there to help me. The store was clean and well organized. Friendly associates, overall a pleasant experience.

I love this store! Associates are easy to find and are friendly and extremely helpful if I can't find what I'm looking for, and the store is always clean. Someone always greets you when you enter and wishes you a good day when you leave. Thank you!

Great store with caring employees especially Leslie the cashier.

This store has lackluster service at best. The quality and selection of products is typical for a big-box retailer, lots of imported products of mediocre quality and middle of the road pricing. The customer service is pretty poor with store associates not being willing, knowledgeable, caring enough to see if they can help customers find the products they are looking for. Additionally, it is a regular occurrence for there to be lines down the aisles with maybe one checkout counter available, most usually it is the self-checkout counter. The access to this store is poor with the parking lot poorly laid out and the main entrance blocked or severely constrained by oversized vehicles protruding into the drive lanes. I would say this is the worst Home Depot in the Treasure Valley.

Customer service is as terrible. I guess the people working there do not realize that there are other options for hardware stores. I will go elsewhere next time and pay the extra 10.00.

Friendly employees and a well stocked clean store. Will definitely be coming back.
