Nice clean, well organized store with very helpful friendly store employees and managers etc. I use Home Depot more than any other store I can think of at this time and they have always treated me with great respect and kindness and always have a smile on their faces. I enjoy being around people like that. We should all be a little more like that in our daily lives.

Great place, and close to home, cookie cutter items are usually in stock, specialty items are not so plentiful at times. Awesome Tile selection at a good price. Wish the had an active store-store transfer system & they would quit letting Animals in the store. Assistance was some what adequate but friendly and the store was clean

THIS STORE COULD USE MORE STORE SPECIALISTS. ALL HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES SEEM TO ALWAYS BE BUSY HELPING SOMEONE ELSE, OR STOCKING SHELVES.

Overall helpfulness was very good . I shopped on a Tuesday and a Saturday. Each time was assume.Satd at the customer service desk was very busy but one clerk came out to answer questions for some of the customers waiting. In general at other stores the floor people will walk past you while standing in a main isle looking at the sign to find my product. For that you get a B-. The rest is a A. Overall good job.

I always like coming in HomeDepot everytime I have project in the house. It is one place shop. I can't get everything I needed in one trip.

All the employees in every department were helpful and glad to offer to help.

Customer service is notable at this store. I frequently have employees approach me to ask if I need help. This did not use to happen, but the change is much appreciated. Also, I have to comment on one specific employee: so helpful, and pleasant, goes by "Nessy." She made my most recent shopping experience so enjoyable. I would not have been inspired to write this review, even though I have noticed a more helpful staff, but she was truly a delight and I had to acknowledge her service.

I’ve been to this Home Depot many times, experiences in the past have been hit and miss. I usually try to be very understanding because I know they are always very busy, but a few weeks back I had a very negative experience with an employee who was extremely lazy and didn’t want to do their job. Consequently I ended up having to drive all the way to the Meridian location which really screwed up my schedule and ruined my entire day. I told myself I would never go back to this location (Milwaukee) but one night recently found myself in a bind and it was my only option. I desperately needed a job box for my tools as I was in the process of moving out of town that same night. It was right at closing and I expected to be faced with some very annoyed employees who, understandably, wanted to go home. To my surprise I was helped by four very pleasant, enthusiastic HomeDepot workers that were so polite and understanding the experience changed my opinion of the staff completely. Even though they had to stay late to help me (and not just a few minutes late but probably close to an hour) they remained sympathetic, positive and just plain awesome while I tried out different locks, took measurements and read instructions to make sure everything was going to work. HUGE shoutout to Pat, Lisa, Bailey and Jacob for being rockstars and giving me the best Home Depot experience yet! I greatly appreciate you guys!!

Well stocked, not cluttered, good workers

Lori went above and beyond when the wrong item came to the store for us to pick up. She worked and worked to get the correct item ordered for us. Thank you very much Lori.

I was having a problem with an online order so I decided to go onto the store and see if someone could help me. Sherry was just awesome. The best customer service I have had in a very long time. Even when she ran into a problem going one way she tried another way and stayed with the order until it was completed. She has my sincerest gratitude. She deserves high praise for the time she spent with me. Thank you so very much.

Store is clean and organized makes you easy shopping

This store is a mess. It is difficult to get into the parking lot as the lanes are so narrow entering from Milwaukee that if you are entering there is only a one lane access, even though there are two lanes of traffic. Nearly impossible for professionals with their trucks or trucks/trailers, and still very difficult with smaller vehicles... The staff at this store is less than helpful. Most often employees ignore you, and when directly asked a question they respond with irritation as though it is burden to even talk to you let along answer any questions. Also there is no technical expertise in the store, so for the common homeowner looking for some advice; forget it. Overall this Home Depot is much worse than other locations that I frequent.

The plant selection was amazing, and well priced!!

The employees are very knowledgeable, kind & easy to talk to. I'm a senior citizen & the people there are very helpful with all my needs.

Staff at the Boise Milwaukee Home Depot are always helpful. Thank you to Lisa who handed my daughter a kids workshop fire truck as a gift. It really made her day. Lisa was also dressed in costume for halloween and was genuinely friendly.
