I bought a “brand new” dewalt pole saw today. After getting home, I opened it to find that it was obviously used before. It was covered in oil and packed with debris. I live an hr away, so I wasted my time and money trying to buy something and now I have to turn around and waste more of my time so I can return it or exchange it for an actual brand new one. Do returns not even get checked anymore before being put back on the shelf? If that’s the case, I guess we should all just use the item for what we need it for and take it back to get a full refund so I’m not out any money. I guess I’ve learned my lesson and won’t ever leave a store without opening my “brand new” item to make sure it hasn’t been used. I didn’t notice the oil on the box until I got home. That was a red flag. They keep these under lock and key, so an associate had to grab this for me and then escort it immediately to the register so I wouldn’t steal it. Why steal it and I can obviously just use it and return it and the next customer and deal with the mess I made.

bought a washer, I was help right away, and the delivery was fast. Also the delivery is much cheaper than other stores.

This store is hit or miss. Bob Nardelli really did a number on ruining customer service and product knowledge in these stores. That is what they need to bring back!

I've been shopping at home, depot the past few years and this store. In particular, add the mini. I've been to over United States. Definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. They remember your name and are continually helping other customers as much as possible with keeping a positive attitude. Even under hectic situations

I ordered a Grill and was thrilled it would be delivered same day with a Roadie contractor. Delivery went well but the store had sent an unsellable grill that was in bad shape with rust on it ,looked used and missing parts. I could not believe the store would send and item in that shape and pass it as new. It was a scratch and dent condition at best with missing parts. I had to load it up amd take it back to the store return it and get anotherone. It was a hassle for me , bot very happy about that. Do better please.

The store associates always go above and beyond when we come in! I have quit shopping other home improvement stores and mainly stick with Home Depot

I bought lumber , landscape, yard and pesticide sprays, and a washer this month. Very pleased with my purchases and the check out gentleman and lady in the appliance department.

I was able to get everything I needed to plant my tomato patch today, thanks to the folks at the Bowling Green (KY) Home Depot, #2318!

I bought a new zero turn mower at this store and I must have been at the right place, right time cause I got a real good deal.

The Bowling Green Home Depot is clean, well stocked, and full of friendly, knowledgeable associates. Every time we go to Home Depot, they have what I’m looking for. Its easy to get in and out.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and I was so excited that I found the Husky leather gloves on sale.

We were shopping 30 minutes before closing in an empty store. The staff were all patient and helpful and didn't seem to want to rush us out.

Kristin waited on me. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She told me everything I needed to know.

Bought a range and microwave with the help of the most friendly knowledgeable supervisor in the store named Jacquie!! Look for her every time I go now. She just really cares and does a great job and it shows.

Our Family needed to find a Christmas Tree, and it was already into the first week of December, when we found a tree at another major retailer, via web site. When the tree arrived, it was completely not what was pictured, and we sent it back the next day. Being more cautions, we wet to Home Depot, where they had trees, and we found the one we wanted. After getting the tree home, we set it up that night, and it exceeded our expectations. Look no further - Quality Trees are at Home Depot.

I was looking for a Behr paint color that I had used in a project 30 years ago. Gavin, the great, found it in a computer file and made it up in a sample for me to preview. It was exactly the color I was remembering and had come to find! Thank you Gavin. Highest honors.

If you are in need of help in Appliances or plumbing ask for Sales associate John Wiliams. He is wonderful and very knowledgeable gentlemen!

Each employee we have come in contact with has been awesome. We particularly appreciate the wonderful ladies at the self check out. We prefer shopping in this location because they are there if needed, but do not hover over one. Spectacularly, a couple of weeks ago I stopped a customer who I thought was part of the help, for help in locating a specific item. She did not work there, but said she worked at a Home Depot in a different city, and she was able to help me locate my store needs. She stated all Home Depots were set up exactly the same and for this I am grateful. We also deeply appreciate the fact you now allow a discount for military and retired, including the spouses. Lovely customer service.

I rarely give a negative review. Unfortunately I was directed by an employee to purchase a large item online that was not in the store. I did so. I also ordered a second small item. The small item was delivered, but not the large item (over 100 lbs in big box) . I received an email that my items were delivered. I then spent hours calling customer service at Home Depot online then being transferred back and forth to my local store. Manager I spoke with locally was argumentative and advised I contact the 3rd party delivery vendor. I ordered from Home Depot! Why am I being advised to track down the 3rd left vendor their company used! I finally was able to get reimbursed for the large item $345 that I didn’t receive, but I’m still out $35 for a delivery fee at this point. The employees at my local store are usually very nice. I can not believe how unwilling the store was to assist me

Just ask for help and someone will come help you. It’s the best thing ever!
