I am fixing up a house for my mother and have been in and out of this store MANY times lately. Everyone has been very helpful and stopped to help with even my simplest questions. Great employees.

Charles Hall went above and beyond to help my husband and I find what we were looking for. Several items (light fixtures) had just came in and were not currently out but instead of saying he couldn’t locate them, he ran around to find them. Exceptional customer service. Even walked up to us afterwards while we were looking for different items just to see what he could help with!

This may have been my favorite The Home Depot trip ever the employees are super helpful and super friendly and knowledgeable great job team

Bowling Green store has always had enough employees on the floor to help with any questions and are very knowledgeable.

I bought more than $20,000 of windows for my new house at Home Depot. Home Depot was very competitively priced and the millwork associates were extremely helpful in getting my complex order placed correctly.

Home depot in Bowling Green, Ky is one of the best out there, clean easy to find items and a great location!

I was shopping for small maintenance repair items today that my handyman needed for a couple of projects—much to my surprise an employee in the plumbing dept. observed a few things in my cart, asked a few questions — set me on a different path!! His Knowledge+interest+comments made a huge difference—Home Depot is now my 100% go to for any maintenance/replacement/building projects

Deliveries come damaged. Wait around for 30-45min for assistance in store. Managers can never be found until third or fourth call from employees. Products in store but not system. Prices never match online and in store. Place is a joke anymore.

We came from out of town to move our daughter into an apartment. We found several things wrong in the apartment and decided to fix them ourselves instead of waiting for the landlord to address them. We found everything we needed at this Home Depot. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Went to look at new dishwasher and they had a nice selection. The appliance specialist there was one of the most knowledgeable ones that I have had the pleasure of working with.

Pick up order of garden /outdoor related items were there as expected when I arrived. Loaded onto my truck with polite and efficient staff. Couldn’t ask for an easier more pleasurable experience. Tabetha in the pick up section—-superb customer service!

This is just the best store, all associates have such a great attitude, so friendly so helpful I just hate leaving the store. The store is so clean and organized. It is a fantastic experience.

I was so impressed at how every associate went out of their way to help me get my supplies today. My husband and I own a handyman business and I often get sent on supply runs. It can be overwhelming if I’m not familiar with the merchandise so I was extremely greatful for the help today from paneling to saws and nails, checkout, and loading up my truck.

The employees helped us with our order and loading it in our car. There was not a hesitation at all with jumping in and getting us on our way.

I had a very humbling experience while shopping in Home Depot. I was extremely tired due to a tornado hitting our house and I was looking for supplies to make our generator run for power. Jordan went above and beyond to help me find the supplies that I need. I am so very grateful for the kindness and help!!!!

Emily , Connie and Scott work very hard in the customer service relationship. Emily worked very hard in resolving an order that had been going on for 5 months. I bought a very expensive table saw and never came in . Emily stepped up and pursued ever avenue until she got it resolved. To me she a retail god!!! Welcomed Jamie today as new store manager
