In this location are working some amazing people who are very helpful, especially Justin, who is also so kind and explains all the details in perfection that you want to hear, and for what you are looking for, it makes so easy for you as a customer!

Purchased carpet on 10/24. After a month, was told it's not available until January. Chose a new carpet, cancelled first order. Store personnel were unable to credit our home depot card. The installation was postponed 4 times. It took weeks to finally get the refund. Carpet is still not installed.

Went into the HD and needed to find a specific item. Asked a worker named Rob M and he knew exactly where it was and walked me to the aisle and made recommendations and he saved me money to boot. Thank you HD and Rob M

Great store with lot of experienced and friendly associates operating with customer first mindset.

I had to buy foam gutter guards and other items. I was directed to the proper isle to find them. The cashier was very friendly which made me want to come back.

Home Depot is the best when returning items

Purchased light fixtures about 3 years ago - 5-year warrantee. The processed the return and issued store credit - very satisfied with a difficult problem.

I only needed a few things, but wasn’t sure where the items were located. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by a very friendly associate and he told me exactly which aisles I would find the items I needed. Hunter saved me a lot of time, which made this shopping trip a breeze.. The store associates in this store are great.

The people in this store are friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me select the best lawn aerator for my property.

Christmas lights on their website are $3.00 cheaper than the store. The store would not honor the lower price. So much for price match. They won't even honor their own lower price. Store person said I had to order online to get the lower price. Nothing on the website that I saw that said the store charges more.

I think Home Depot Store #0962 is outstanding! What makes the store so good are the employees! At the top of the list are Amanda Logan (appliance specialist), Frank Wilfred (mgr) and Dan (mgr). They need to be highly commended!

Stock is neat, store is clean and not too busy but is a little less convenient compared to the other Home Depot in Bridgewater.

I have shipped several HD stores. The Bridgewater location is by far the best, cleanest and best stocked

I recently purchased a home and have been going into Home Depot to buy out door plants and soil etc. One particular employee has more than helped me with my entire purchase from offering her knowledge, opinion and even helped me to load everything in my car. Not just on one occassion either. Her name is Stacey. Kudos to your cashier was very polite and pleasant. Her name is Yosefin.

We are long time Home Depot customers and were very pleased with the patio table we found - just the right size for our small deck.
