This store is always very clean and the employees are always helpful. They take an interest in what my projects are and often give advise and suggestions that help me decide on the proper equipment necessary. They also help out with fundraisers and that is very important to me. Community involvement is wonderful.

I would stay away from the cashier named Janet. she is very rude and not pleasure to work with. she doesnt have manner to work in customer service. PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO CASHIER JANET.

Don't order online! I ordered 3 items, the next day they cancelled 2 of them, and without confirming with me, charged me for the remaining third without letting me cancel the whole order. Imagine going to the grocery store and the cashier throws out 2/3rds of what you have in your cart and demands you pay for the remaining 1/3rd. My items were some basic hardware, do the right thing, notify me that you're out of stock, and let me decide if I want to wait or shop somewhere that can handle simple inventory. Is that too much to ask? At this store apparently it is.

Understand that people are still stressed from the Covid-19; especially workers that need to deal with the public -- but the paint department was extremely rude! They didn't even ask if they could help us as they stood there conversing with each other. When we asked them for help they got all upset claiming they probably couldn't make the paint anyway due to the lack of materials. Needless to say we did leave with the paint after waiting and attitudes -- NEVER again!

Andrew, in tool repair provides consistently excellent service. He's gone above and beyond to assist and instruct and has completed service on my products always ahead of his estimated time.

Store was well stocked and tidy!

These are some very trying times in our lives. To be able to go to the Bridgewater Store and receive the professional, knowledgeable and personable assistance I received from Joe A in the paint department just made my life a little easier that day. If you need paint Joe A is your man. He Is extremely helpful and always happy! He really helped us make the right choices on supplies and paint finish.

I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the appliance area and when helped received superior service and design ideas. They are truly top notch professionals, who epitomize outstanding customer service consistently far exceed expectations.

I have ordered kitchen cabinets and had Gordon one of their designers design a kitchen and came out really nice, had windows installed and I also shop there a lot as well for other things. This store has good people who are willing to help with your project. They are more than willing to work with you when unforeseen situation come up with installs and fix it properly.

The products are easy to locate and the associates are friendly and helpful.

We went to the store to arrange for a shower door purchase and installation. Bob fixed us up with Crystal Shower doors. They were very good to deal with and provided an excellent product at a fair price. Our install was unusual due to the configuration of the tub/shower, but their installer custom fabricated the needed piece and it fit perfectly. Highly recommend Crystal Shower Doors.

Rude

I was accidentally undercharged for a large amount of items I realized when I got home. I went back to the store to rectify the mistake and pay for it and they made me feel like I spent a ton of money just to get the employee in trouble. They made me give them the receipt so they could get the name of the cashier. Inspite of going there to do the right thing I still feel like I was getting the employee in trouble. Then charged me FULL price for the flooring with not as much as a thank you for doing the right thing. I literally paid for their mistake. That’s bad customer service.

Store have everything you need when it comes to home repair or the do ship to store if its not available at the time. Employee's are very helpful and some are also dog friendly.

Employees are very helpful. Home Depot has 99% of the items I need in stock, the other 1% can usually be delivered for free to HD. Quality tools, low prices.

A relatively convenient location for me, both in distance and along a route I sometimes travel. Product selection has always been good and vast. Basically have been able to learn the general layout of the store so can get in and out fairly easily. Some areas, such as lighting, can be confusing, often because of technological proliferation of options. Customer service on the floor and at the registers, including self service, has always been good and helpful, sometimes perfunctory, sometimes generously so, most usually gracious in my experience. Access and parking are good, even as personal mobility has decreased (but without handicapped sticker usage).

This is one of the best Home Depots I've ever been to. Friendly and helpful staff!
