I recently moved to a house that had older 2-prong outlets and I was reluctant to use adapters to plug in my computer. The Home Depot employee in the electrical dept. helped me find what I needed and took the time to explain in detail the best way to go about making sure the house is grounded. I left feeling confident that I knew exactly what needed to be done.

Esther and Lydia in the window/blinds/flooring - they were both very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I am thankful to them both in their help in getting my window blinds situation worked out. They are two great ladies!

I best thing I liked about the Home Depot on Cambray Drive in San Antonio is the customer service. From the moment you enter the store you are greeted, asked if you need help with anything. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. As I was walking through the store employees ask me if I needed help finding anything. This is what customer service is all about. Your employees are your "most important asset" and having a winning team will take your company to endless possibilities. Thank you

I’ve been frequenting this store for the most of 3.5 years since I’ve come from California. They have improved regularly over that time . I’m there at least once a week . Everyday in the last 3 months . Thank you for your service..

The store was extremely busy on the day I made this purchase. When I went to check out, the gentleman in front of me had an issue with an item and the cashier was having to call for some sort of check... it was taking quite a while. She was very apologetic to those in line behind the customer... and shortly arranged to have another cashier open the register across from her. I like that instead of continuing to let us wait - they took action and made sure didn't wait too long. Very pleased.

We needed to have two locks re-keyed. The store was extremely busy this day and we had to wait a little while as re-keying is limited to only a couple associates - the wait was completely understandable. When Sam, one of the couple mentioned, finished with customers who were before us, he promptly got to us, took his time with us, and got it done. All the while with a great attitude. Thank you Sam!

I adore this store. The employees are wonderful, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Yesterday I ordered 7 special-order window blinds - I came in thinking I knew what I wanted and had my mind set to get those items. The lady in the flooring dept - my profuse apologies that I did not get her name, but the receipt says Salesperson LMD832 - she walked me through, took the time to compare prices and showed me color samples - because of her expertise and caring - for $50 more than I originally figured, I ended up being able to buy a much better product with a much longer built-in warranty. LMD832 - I thank you for taking the time with me - YOU ARE AWESOME.

I moved here from California New to this state I bought a house the beginning of the year if was impedance to find one store that could help me with all my needs for my new home, after looking for a few months going based off of recommendation from coworkers I found this home depot who went up above and beyond the people who work at this store made my first project so easy and stress free everything they recommended and explaining what materials worked better saving me money in the long run keeping everything within my budget now and for the future was important making me feel comfortable in the way that unlike other stores they just want your money and this store wants to help you save money and keep you happy management is doing an awesome job, there crew that work there is just simply the best all will be doing all my future projects there. I highly recommend this store to anyone buying or owning there home or business

CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED STORE. EASY TO FIND WHAT I CAME IN TO GET AND GET GOING.

FOUND ALL THE PLUMBING ITEMS I NEEDED QUICKLY AND GOT CHECKED OUT FAST TOO.

Carol at the service desk is very helpful and the older guys in the plumbing department are attentive and helpful.

I caused a big problem while painting my bathroom. I took pictures and showed Jenni, in the paint dept., who was so knowledgeable and was able to help me buy the right product to fix the problem. She helped me save money by recommending that the quart would be enough to cover the problem area!! The store was clean and the employees were all friendly. I will by shopping here for more of our home improvement projects!!

Poor management Staff During my visit . I needed to speak to a Manager Sam on Duty but he decided to leave and go to lunch while I was on hold. I Do NOT want to be cponatced by this Manager Sam Now. time to move up the Chain

My cashier Rosalie, She was awesome ,very friendly. Good people skills are hard to come by. I always enjoy when finding someone with great people skills. Rosalie was the best ,keep her.

Sort of small framed, white woman, long-ish, ponytailed, reddish haired woman - said she was around 60 y/o. I am so sorry I didn't get your name! She was picking up broken/open bags of thin-set, working in the tile dept at the time. She looked up a thin set product for me and researched whether it was interior or exterior...and more... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and WONDERFUL PERSONALITY! She represented all that I love about Home Depot.

Variety on appliances and other products such as lighting decor.

Ordered some items online to include some not in stock at store. I received an email letting me know when to expect them and they came in right on time. There was no line at the customer service counter and 2 great ladies made my transaction very smooth and enjoyable. Izzy and Sue went out of their way to get me additional items I mentioned I needed and even brought them to me! Bought some BEAUTIFUL green scrolled outdoor lights and a couple of high quality hoses for my home. Thank you so much!

In the past I have often found it difficult to find help finding something in the store. I did not have trouble this time in this store. I found help immediately when I needed it. I am grateful for this.

Had a 18" Craftsman chain saw stolen about 2 years ago from my truck. Manager was informed & indicated store did not have a security guard only in stores on south side. Report filled out with police. Never received compensation for loss. It appears Home Depot is not as interested in the customers as in making a profit.

Be ready to be waiting to get some help putting your material in your car, it can take 30 minutes or more for some employees to come and help you. I end up doing it myself, so frustrating.☹️☹️

We always get greeted as we walk in. They always have what we need. Store is always clean.
