The store was very clean. I was quickly greeted by an employee and helped with the ordering process of an item I wanted. I received superb service from Design Consultant Stan Zitser in the appliance section. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. What an incredible employee!

I went to 4 different HOME DEPOT’s and 1 Lowe’s and they all treated me like crap. No employees around in the aisles and then when I asked for help they all blew me off. Alejandro Gonzales who works at this Canoga Park HD is the only employee who helped me out and took the time to grab extras from the inventory in the high bays. He provided outstanding customer service and Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee

Beware of repair-tagged big ticket items being boxed and sold as new at full price! In our case, the $600. item was missing parts, and visibly damaged, had a repair tag inside, and was re-boxed and sealed. This shady practice caused us to have to go to another store 35mi away to get an actual new machine, but they couldn't take the C.Pk. item in return due to policy regarding repair-tagged stock, so back another 35mi to C.Pk. for a refund, then 12mi back home. A very frustrating 94mi, 3 store visits, and more than half-day ordeal.

I would still come to this store but not ever going to deal with cashier named leticia. She is not helpful at all. We returned some items today and have us a hard time. I approached the other cashier ISIS and without question she returned my money back (store credit)... it would be wonderful if all of the cashier would be like ang act like her... please retrain Leticia and her customer service skills!!!!

This store is simply the worst HD in the valley 28 minutes to wait for propane exchange after asking 3 different times is typical for this place. The drive to West Hills and of Woodland Hills is worth the time and effort to avoid this location.

As far as the store cleanliness goes it is a very clean hardware store. I was most pleased with the customer service at this Home Depot. Brenda was the main employee I dealt with and she was AMAZING! 10/10 for her! There was another employee who I had the pleasure of interacting with and he definitely showed his expertise. I did not get his name but he did drop some pearls of knowledge and helped me make a more educated decision regarding my purchase at the location. 5 stars justly earned for Canoga Park Home Depot. Keep up the good work!!

I go to a lot of Home depot like Van Nuys,Hollywood,Orange County,and many more but Canoga park is very well in order thanks to Oscar first and for most follow by Shaw and Danial and the entire home depot staff of Canoga Park

Great shopping trip. Found everything I needed.

Ron the assistant manager should not be working there. He profiles you as a customer. Asked me how I was paying for my items while I was shopping, and also told me that I needed to pay first before I can get help from an employee.

I enjoyed shopping in this store, though there wasn’t enough help on the floor...I think the store should hire more people... While in the store, I didn’t get any help, I used my phone to access Home Depot website, searched for the item I came to buy, and located the aisle. I’m sure not everyone would the same patient and tolerance level as me...
