The store manager at Jacks Valley Rd was THE MOST ACCOMMODATING manager at a store that I have dealt with in a long time. Because of the COVID 19 restrictions for my husband’s health, I was unable, by myself, to return 2 large garbage cans. This manager went above & beyond to facilitate this return, with the help of an employee named Tom. Very, very helpful staff. Thank you!

I had done my research previously and placed the order for all kitchen appliances plus washer and dryer per telephone with Roy at the Carson City, NV, store. This was a long distance experience since I live in Arizona. The professional and courteous service I received from Roy was exceptional. He assisted me in many ways, answered all my questions and educated me on warranties, financing, installments and deliveries plus all the connection parts needed to get t my job done. To me Roy is the most extraordinary and extremely knowledgeable employee that I have come across in any Home Depot store. Thank you

We went in for a store pick up on a snow blower and it was by far the worst experience ever. It started off with them giving us the floor model no box(found empty spot) they said “oh no it’s not the floor model” so they started off by lying then we ask where the engine oil and manual were. They said the oil was in it... opened it up... go figure no oil. Then Someone came over and said ya the manual and oil is in tool rental, walked over there and they tried to give us a different model and oil.

Debbie at the service desk and Ryan who loaded my lumber were awesome. The store management failed, there is no accountability, responsibility or urgency to correct decencies when identified.

The store was clean, well stocked and finding what I was looking for was quick and easy. Employees were helpful and knew what I was looking for price wise and product wise.

All veterans must avoid this store unless you wish to be disrespected by employees including their useless “manager” Jennifer. Not only was the military discount not honored, they charge you for fees due to their own mistakes. Do not order any appliances as they will not ship or assist you with set up and push back delivery dates for more than 2 weeks and charge you an arm and a leg for delivery. This is the worst customer service experienced and a sad excuse of a Home Depot.

The employees are always friendly and eager to help customers to find the exact product for the task.

Purchasing in the store is fine but I would not advise you have anything shipped to you. If you have any issues they make you talk to a person who talks to a person who talks to the shipping company and each entity just tells you that it was the other persons fault. The store says to contact the shipping company and the shipping company tells you to talk to the store. It has been a very frustrating process and they have made no effort to expedite my delivery after they messed up the first time or to ensure that I will be receiving the correct product once it finally is delivered.

Home Depot at the south Carson City area has great Memorial Day sales. You could not get these items on other days for the same price. If you needed one of these items, it is the best time to purchase.
