The store is always clean, very busy; I like their products and it is very convenient location. I bought a water heater and hope it is the right kind. The man that helped me was very nice and helpful.

David in appliance was most helpful. Was knowledgeable on the products.

If you go to this store and need cabinets or flooring go see Rabecca or Katia. They are awesome and helpful.

Everytime I come to this store it seems like none of them registers work. always problems of some sort.

Carson City store is my normal "during the day" shopping point, and when I need to make a quick run. The Carson Vally store I use either on Sunday afternoons (grocery shopping day), or when I'm coming back from the South during the week-later evenings. I've had the same excellent service at both locations.

The staff is very helpful and willing to spend some time with you to get your questions answered.

Out of everywhere I had shopped at today, only Home Depot had an extremely fast checkout!! Thank goodness!! Julie, our cashier, was awesome! Very careful and thorough, with a great Christmas spirit mixed in!

Have shopped there for many years, usually find what I looked for. Staff helpful and most knew where things were. Will continue to shop there unless you do not prohibit pets from being allowed. Only provable service animals.

I'm a maintenence engineer and do many repairs for my custumers, and myself, and have never been disappointed with the Topsy lane Home depot store #3312. Excellent service and assistance every time I go there.I still answer questions online for home depot on do-it-youself project packages I have purchased and assembled for myself or customers of mine -a very helpful section in the online purchases.

What a great Home Depot experience we had. We have been to over a dozen Home Depots in California and this one in Carson City, Jack's Valley was the best yet. It wasn't very crowded, but each employee that we encountered went out of their way to notice us and ask if we needed any help. The main employee, David in Appliances was total awesome. He went online to view all their dishwashers and found the perfect one to meet out needs. He was very patient and explained everything regarding delivery and set up. We went into the store unsure and stressed out and left relaxed and sure that we had made the right decision. We will be sure to visit this Home Depot again soon.

A typical Home Depot: the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and go out of their way to help. The reason for the one star rating is that this is the second time in a row that the price of the purchase did not agree with the price marked on the shelf. So then you have to go back and recheck the price to make sure it is what you originally thought, then go back to the register again... Once is understandable. Twice in a row, with several days between purchases? Really makes you wonder: are they really that incompetent, or is there a problem with their bottom line? I sincerely hope that the other Home Depot stores in the area do not exhibit this same malady. In the meantime, keep a close eye on the prices during checkout.

Last night, I went to this store at 5 minutes before closing for little plumbing parts. All of the employees greeted & helped me without making me feel guilty for coming in at the last minute. It's always nice to feel welcome here!

We decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. Luckily, we also decided to purchase most of our items from our neighborhood Home Depot. The employees at this store have been extremely kind & helpful. Many have gone over & above our expectations! They are very knowledgeable of their products and happily answer questions. I highly recommend this location. :)

Don't expect to get a key cut anytime soon at this location.

We recently had the pleasure of working with David Lawrence at the Carson City store, where he is an appliance specialist. We were a little over whelmed, then David jumped in and saved the day. Home Depot's own personal Mighty Mouse "here he comes to save the day". What a great experience. And of course as always the service was great throughout the store.

Store associates were rude not helpful waited almost an hr to speak to a manager!

I have shopped the store since it opened. It has been easy to identify when management has changed, employees are less friendly and helpful, but I noticed another recent change back to the friendly helpful attitude that was once enjoyed. The store is clean and they almost always have the items I was looking for, or were willing to find them. Looking forward to continued business at this location.

They need to find new vendors who don’t have horrible reviews and terrible customer service

The store was clean. It was open late. The employees were very helpful and stayed with me til all of my questions and needs were met. Ask for Jake. He was great. So was Jeff in Paints.
