Our home away from home. At least a few times each week. The pleasures of wining an old home and renewing it with the help of Home Depot.

Heidi Barker from the countertops department was very helpful. We Were looking for new countertops for our kitchen and Heidi's assistance sealed the deal. Good customer service from a good employee like her can really make a good impression on customers who are trying to make a decision on who to purchase from. There are many products to choose from, but good customer service is truly golden. Thanks!

The employees here are very helpful and kind. They are very approachable and even answer the dumbest questions I have.

Assistance is erratic. Product information is found on the box only. Workers can help read the box, lift it down and sell you a story. If there is someone that actually knows, you have to wait in line because there is a line to speak with them - if they happen to be at work the day of your visit. Recently reduced the number of self checkouts from 6 to 4. Now there are usually lines. Rarely are there any assisted checkouts except if you are a contractor.

All the employees at this store are amazing, but Deb and Michelle in flooring went above and beyond to help me with my carpet order. Both of them are amazing!!!

Scott was great! Our friend recently went through a difficult divorce and we had recommended she change her locks. She didn't know where to start. We went to the Centerville Home Depot and Scott helped with the purchase of the locks and also helped to get a person from Hardware to rekey the locks so they all use the same key. Our friend was so impressed that not only did she have new locks, but they all use the same key. She has not had that in the many years she has lived there. She commented that now she doesn't have to worry about getting locked out anymore because she grabbed the wrong key. Such a simple thing, but a HUGE difference for the customer. Thanks SCOTT!!!

The Centerville Home Depot has excellent employees who go out of their way to help, are patient and give customers excellent service. The store is clean, but not spotless so that us guys who come to the store in slightly dirty jeans and old shoes don't feel like we need to change to our business casuals to be acceptable. A great store which I hope stays around for another 50 years!

Store is great. BUT I've had the same cashier now a few times and it's consistently disappointing. Seems too busy with his phone to care about anything. Didn't greet me. Didn't answer a simple question I had asked him. Didn't use more than a couple words. Never said thanks. Don't understand how he still has a job. When I'm shopping and spending money I expect to be treated appropriately.

The associates in the lumber department were very helpful and knowledgeable. The checkers were also very helpful and friendly. I was able to find all the things I wanted. Ordering my counter-top was easy. It always impresses me how friendly and helpful the associates are.
