Very, very helpful staff. I am always greeted, and when it looks like I need help (often), they are Johnny-on-the-spot, and help with locating items. Very helpful this evening locating the 'last box' of a special buy. Well stocked .. clean .. knowledgeable staff !!!

We purchased a rug, the staff wrapped it up for us, since it was the last one of that design that could be found. The staff showed more in stock but did not find so wrapped this one up. They did not seem put out to go above and beyond to help.

I love how helpful and friendly all of the employees of Chardon's Home Depot are. I can always get help when I need it.

I was purchasing lumber and a Sales Associated motioned me to a self checkout line, scanned my items, and assisted me with checkout. The regular checkout lines had sever other people in line. I also found the store to be very clean and well layed out. I had a great experience at this store. Much better than the Cuyahoga Falls store near to where I live.

There is never a time I don’t walk into our local Home Depot and not feel welcomed. There’s always folks to help you find what you need and when you do need their help, they are friendly and super knowledgeable. Even during peak busy hours, the staff at the Chardon Home Depot are TOP NOTCH!

Hello, Y'all: I have visited this Home Depot several times over the past few years, and I think that it's improving in a number of ways. The quality of what they sell has improved, and the their associates are friendlier than in the past. Even in the Supply Chain Problem Era, their shelves are well-stocked, and their outdoor center has hundreds of plant/tomato cages. Do you know how hard it is to find those in my area? Of course you don't. I forgive you for that. Overall, the Chardon Home Depot has improved its game and is well worth visiting.

I was happy to find the outdoor patio carpet I was looking for and I found a really good outdoor tape by Scotch called MOUNT to hold the carpet in place. I am loving this product. My patio looks "Great"!

Jan Cook is the go to kitchen designer at the Chardon, OH Home Depot store. She went above and beyond to make sure my design was right (spent about 25 hours with me overall). She provided more personal attention than any of Home Depot's competitors.

This store cannot beat any other store honestly! The employees are always smiling and help which only makes the experience here that much more memorable! The shelves are always full.

The Chardon Home Depot is stocked with all of your home improvement needs. The store is clean and items are easy to find. The MOST impressive feature of this store is the EXCELLENT customer service. The associates and managers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If one associate is unable to help you, they will find someone who can help to be sure you leave the store with the information and/or products you need.

Had a wait for employee that helped us on first visit. What was great as a very nice employee came over and helped pass time, with more information.(wish I had gotten name she had come over from cabinets) She was nice! Paul freed up and helped with purchase and filled us with information to help in future. He could not cash us out as I had forgotten my card so off to customer service. I worked with Samantha at customer service quick and understood all that I asked for financing.
