This particular store has been my go to for anything I've needed in the DIY sphere. I've been coming here since the year 2000 when I moved to the area. From the first time I walked in there, everyone everyone! Has been helpful, friendly, and not made me feel like a lunatic when I asked weird questions. I have bought almost every tool I own from Home Depot. Once, in a blue moon, your store doesn't have what I need and I have to search for it somewhere else, but that is very very rare. Gardening department has gone out of his way to help me this year in particular. Your professional desk has help me brainstorm some remodeling from my home. Your lumber department has cut up things for me when I didn't have the time or the skills to do it myself. Your helpdesk has always had someone who is friendly, resourceful, and willing to help me no matter what. Thank you for all the service you have given me over the years, I don't plan on shopping anywhere else anytime soon.

I believe I had Caleb.. He helped me load my car. He even had time to help me and another person at the same time. He was very nice. I told him I’d been weedeating all day and I was tired. 40 and still working hard. He said I didn’t look a day over 20. Thanks for putting a smile on my face and the great speedy customer service. :)

I like shopping at the Cleburne HomeDepot as they seem to have the more knowledgeable help. Always friendly. The store is always clean. It is rare they are out of stock of the products that I shop there for.

The best store in town

Well staffed with knowledgeable employees. And, they had the product in stock that I needed. The cashier went above and beyond to assist! Impressive--Cleburne Home Depot!

My visit to the Cleburne Texas Home Depot was GREAT. Good selection of what I wanted to buy. I enjoyed looking on the Window aisle - about to buy several windows for a new house that we will be building close to Cleburne in the next few months. Home Depot will be MY STORE, when the building begins! Been buying from this Home Depot for many years now. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Very Clean organized. The employees were always near to if I had questions and assisted me in locating my needs.

Most employees were extremely helpful and courteous but others seemed to have a poor attitude when it comes to dealing with the public. That’s becoming more noticeable in many stores these days. If people don’t like dealing with people they should get other types of employment that doesn’t have them mixing with the public. Nothing can Bring a person down faster than someone with a poor attitude or unfriendly personality. Over all the ones that counted most were very helpful and extremely persistent to accomplish my purchase needs. Having to purchase online to get saving prices isn’t right. The store should be just another portal of business, not a separate entity. Same products and same purchase credentials shouldn’t have different ways of acquiring products. My purchase worked out but was a hassle that should’ve never been. If the app says you can get products for one price then the in store purchase should be the same! Especially when the store is providing the credit card you are using to purchase the product.

Every one was always there for me and the department i needed help with the employees always got the right person to me if they weren't able to help me

They didn't listen at all. It took me calling back 4 times after making an online purchase. Online said I'd receive the refrigerator 7/6. After confirmation I received an email stating it couldn't be delivered until 7/7. We cancelled our order with you guys within hours yet no 17 days later Home Depot didn't even process the credit. This is an active bank account and absolutely unacceptable! I spoke with 4 Home Depot employees made each did not follow through. What added insult to injury is the employees had the nerve to give me attitude because I'm upset that they missed 4 opportunities to offer good customer service. I will not shop Home Depot ever again. Still waiting for my account credit.

Kurt in plumbing: I’ve been having problems finding an adequate adapter fitting that was right for the kitchen sink I was working on. Kurt analyzed the somewhat unusual problem i was encountering and came up with a solution. Previously, I had already made two trips to another home improvement retailer without a solution to the problem. Kurt saved me time, money, and frustration by using his knowledge and ingenuity to help me. Thank you!

The store was clean and neat, and Associates were helpful and kind throughout the store! We were assisted with picking up an extremely heavy item even though we did not ask for help. I was very grateful! Thank you Home Depot (Cleburne) for another great shopping experience!

The Cleburne Home Depot store is my place for buildiing materials and hardware. They have knowledgeable employees in the departments I've ever had technical questions to ask and the lumber department employees are great.

Trey was very helpful in helping me find the item that I needed. I had a picture that my husband had sent me and he knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful. When the item was not on the shelf, he took the time to make sure they had it in stock, located it and made sure I had what I needed.

Very nice, friendly, helpful personnel. they were out of rain guages, but , I found everything else I was looking for.

Best Home Depot in the area.

over the last year, I have been remodeling a house. I have purchased most of material from this store. Paint, widows, doors, appliances, flooring, electrical and plumbing. I can't give your names, but the people working in these dept. have been very helpful and willing to take the time to meet the needs of the projects I have had. Thank you!
