A Home Depot associate met me in the parking lot as I was coming in and I need 22 bags of garden bark and he got me a cart. He loaded it and he pulled another associate Alexander and they loaded it into my car… These two were my angels…. sure beats delivery fee, and waiting for it

New homeowner and exploring landscaping my garden. Glad to have been assisted by staff that explained things well and were patient with all my questions. Only unfortunate thing about my visit was that the coupon I got from the mail wasn't working on my specific purchase.

I came in to look for bulbs had a few questions they did help me with my bulbs I looked for.

This Clovis, CA location needs to set up a bulk loading area for customers on the side. This place is a JOKE!!

We had a problem with our purchase (wrong price rang up) quickly Maribel was there to help (self checkout). When she was unable to over ride the price she quickly call for a manager. Patrick quickly showed up and without question fixed the miss charge. They both helped and took care of us while carring on a very friendly and up beat conversation. This store is a little further for me than the blue store but I will driver the extra distance for this level of customer service.

THE PRO REWARDS CASHIERS COULD HELP MAKE CHECK OUT EASIER IF MORE THAN JUST 1 AND SOMETIMES 2 WERE AVAILABLE. PARKING IS TERRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION. THE SHEDS TAKE UP TOO MUCH PARKING REAL ESTATE IN MY OPINION. I WILL SHOP AT ANOTHER HOME DEPOT LOCATION IN THE FUTURE.

Here at this Home Depot the employees seem to know me in a way. They seem to sincerely want to help when they see me pondering, and answer my questions completely. At other stores the employees make me feel like I am intruding if I have a question. That is "when" I finally get their attention. I don't like to be sold items, I like to buy items. I like Home Depot because I can shop there, daydream of projects, and just browse comfortably. There is always an answer for my question by friendly crew.

You have to checkout yourself and expect a line since only about 3 self checkout stands work.

I ordered a Hampton patio set from Home Depot about 5 years ago and it is still like new, good quality product.

I came looking for a simple electrical tester and a light switch. Not anyone from the people at the service desk or the few employees I walked by offered me any assistance when I finally found what I needed it was locked up and again there was no one to help me so I fished it out myself m. It was only a 12.00 why lock it up? The. I went to find my switch and again no one to help me. There are many choices and I would have liked to know what makes the more expensive ones better and may have spent the extra money had I had guidance. When I checked out the two cashiers manning self checkout where to busy in their conversation to say a word to me. Super disappointed in my experience.

Gary was very helpful this morning with me buying 12 bags of mulch. I mentioned to him I was little due to my age ( 61 ). He offered to load my cart and load into my car all by himself, but I wanted help with what I can. He was awesome, great customer service.

I bought a blower and i wasn't satisfied with it so I went to the clovis store and I had so much help also they were a Awesome Team Helping Each other out to get it done and helped me with my shopping

Came from the west Fresno location completely irritated and frustrated with the manager Stephani who is being rude and inconsiderate cutting me off while I was explaining my situation. I of course knew that the Clovis location is the one to go to, because I have never had a negative experience and have always had nothing but a pleasant time there. the manager Jenny was kind and caring and empathized with me on my frustration of the other location, Terri also did an excellent job empathizing with me and communicating effectively. I will continue to drive across town 30 minutes to go to this location, as long as customer satisfaction and empathy are a priority on management’s list.

Joe supervisor from plumbing was great! Helped me find the paper temporary blinds I needed.

We were delighted to see a three time war veteran employed by Home Depot. Joseph was very knowledgeable, quick on the computer in helping us find the most beautiful front door for our home. Very happy customers.
