Very friendly

No assistance clearly not enough employees to help with customer needs.

Very organized and helpful store.And customer service is excellent. My husband and I would spend hours in this store. And he always like the price and great products. They have everything you can imagine.

Don't have a review, but have traded at this store since it opened. Always got great service. Not so at some Home Depots!!!!

If your looking for appliances for your home,ask for Alicia. She helped In Selecting our appliances, she is very helpful and knows her stuff! She’s the only reason that I’ll go back to Home Depot. Store had everything on display that we needed. Overall great experience!

I have lived in this area for over 7yrs now and have always been happy with the friendly Home Depot personnel. It is always a fun time walki g in those doors even if im just there to window shop. Keep up the good work The Home Depot of Clovis.

Kevin (supervisor) turned a completely unsatisfactory experience with two associates into a most satisfactory experience. I left the store thinking how competent, caring, and helpful the management is, while associates for the most part don't have the skills or knowledge to be helpful. A five star rating is totally because I was fortunate to deal with Kevin and other management (Robin).

The store was really clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. But I especially appreciated Sean our cashier because he was extra friendly and treated my children very well. Many store employees ignore children and he went out of his way to be friendly.

Do you know that feeling you have in department stores (*caugh* Home Depot) when it seems there is no one around to help or they lack the desire or the knowledge to help you? well, not here. employees can be very enjoyable to talk to and that includes the store manager.

I have experiences the Clovis and Fresno store of going out of their way to help customer with a item that maybe that store does not have in stock at that time and to see if another store does. Both stores are very helpful to find what you need. the store I have been in are always clean.

Employees are not reliable, they need to be taught better Customer Service and treat every customer equally.

I needed help with a cut on a wood piece. I met with Ernest, he was all smiles and made me feel comfortable about asking questions. He smiled each time he spoke with me. Made the visit very pleasant. Usually I have to beg for someone to help me but this was a very smooth visit. Thank you Ernest for helping.

All in one shop for hardwares which makes easy and convenience to get the right things

The store is always very clean and the associates and friendly and helpful. I have the most contact with Marci and Marisa!!! These ladies are awesome. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs.

I went to the nursery department in search of an appropriate plant for placement between a row of trees on our yard and the lady that helped me was so patient and competent in helping me...and when the number of plants I needed came up short, she immediately called another Home Depot to check their stock....on her own without my asking! Great service!

this store is locate in the open space. it is easy to get in and out.and the packing lot also clean all the time

Customer service needs improvement. It is lacking in all areas of the store.

Items I wanted were shown as being in stock online (quantity 43). When I got to the store the item was not available. Looking online was a waste of time, going to the store thinking that I would be able to purchase the items was a waste of time. When I told the cashier about it she didn't seem to care and did not call anyone to see if they would look for more of the item. Should have gone to the smaller, local store.

We had been to the competition and they weren't able to mix up a sample of stain for our gazebo, which needed a new coat of stain. So, we decided to try Home Depot. Not only were the salespeople super friendly, they actually knew what they were doing. Daniel at the Clovis paint department was very patient and knowledgeable. He found a perfect match. He didn't make us feel rushed into buying something that wasn't just what we needed. I need help with my craft projects and will definitely come to this Home Depot again and hope that Daniel is on duty!

This store has one of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever come across. The store may be clean and it may have stuff I’m looking for, but I don’t need that kind of attitude from her. I can take my business elsewhere.
