Home Depot is just a very handy place to shop and save money

I can’t say this store will always have the best prices or everything in stock...but if your fortunate enough to have Bob from the garden section help you with anything you’ll forget the big things and appreciate the more important things like great customer service.

Friendly team members, always helpful. This time Shitaye at check out was very professional and friendly, thanks a lot.

Excellent experience all because of the assistance I was given by the fabulous specialist who attended to me , when I walked into the store she was a stranger to me , when I left I felt I had just been through one of the most satisfying, stress free shopping experiences ever, I felt listened to, cared for and I got everything I was looking for all while safely following all the COVID-19 safety guidelines.

I appreciate that Home Depot Colma has procedures in place to stagger the customers entering the store at this time. Additionally, all employees are currently wearing masks and respecting space. The associates I interacted with during this visit had a positive attitude and friendly demeanor (especially Josephine Lu). Please keep up the good work!

The store is very close to my residence and people are friendly.

I use both the Pro and Coma 2 stores, between the two stores, most building products are always in-stock ,

The appliance associate was very knowledgeable and efficient. Carina helped me select the right washer for my needs. She included everything I needed for the installation and haul away of my old washer.

I ordered some items online for in store pick-up. I was expecting to wait a few hours for the order to be filled. I was notified they were available in about 20 minutes. The pick-up process went very smoothly. Very pleased with the employees and how they were able to make the whole process work very smoothly

They had sold out of the boxes of 100 of nitrile gloves. They only had the much more expensive smaller packages. This is in the paint department.

Normally very crowded at this location with a poorly laid out parking lot,I only go here because of its proximity to my home.

This store has some very good employees that are helpful. They are knowledgeable in each department and will help you find what you are looking for. In addition, we'd like to give a shout out to Toni, who helped us find all the plumbing items we needed. He also gave us an exceptional lesson about kitchen sinks, plumbing items that were need and took time to help us build the sink and labeled things (parts) for us where to cut, how to put it together and all that while helping other customers with a big smile and a handshake! This visit was a great experience!

From the moment I entered everyone I spoke with or asked a question of was courteous, and extremely helpful. I purchased a Refrigerator some years ago there, but have not needed any Appliances for some time, and am a little handicapped, so do not go shopping much directly, I mostly do it online.

they have the worse employees

The employees: MARICAR, WARREN, TEK, GIZELDA, KHINE are great people to represent The Home Depot. They’re nice, courteous, pleasant and they are consistent with all their customers regardless of race, gender and favoritism like the other employees!

Order never was placed. I was never notified. When it was time to pick up, I find out the order had not been placed. I have already scheduled workers which need rescheduling. There was massive confusion in regards to the order. Seems like service and competency level have been going downhill for years.

The store is neat and clean, the aisles are wide making shopping at the store a good experience. The associates are friendly and helpful, and if one cannot answer your question, he/she will find another associate to help you. The signs of the aisles are very clear, so looking for products is not difficult for a non-pro customer. The Cashiers are pretty quick unless the line is really too long. You can also check out quickly with the automated system.

The only reason for the high score & strong recommendation is an employee who works there. A gentleman by the name of TAK P. I would recommend him for any custom blind needs. He is a consummate professional and takes exceptional care of his customers. He knows what good customer service is and he lives & breathes it. Home Depot, please take good care of this employee! He represents your company and store exceptionally well! We will return for more custom blind orders, but will wait to work with Tak every time!

plenty of parking spaces and most staff are helpful and customer service staff is great, friendly and do above and beyond to help

The store is clean and well stocked, it is tough getting someone to help you buy your flooring and appliances, and schedule installation. I was very fortunate to find a wonderful associate to help me out, but overall during several visits I was very disappointed in how the overall quality of the store has gone down with the poor customer service. I did not pay 16k to listen to employees wild weekend stories, I paid for help with my new house and everything has been a huge nightmare in this process. Really bummed.

Not easy to find an available associate on the shop floor. Experience with associates were mixed. My last purchase of appliance a couple of weeks ago was handled by an associate, Sarah Melgar, who was helpful and patient.
