Had the best experience here...The cashier that I had was awesome. She was sweet,kind, friendly and has a smile on her face all day. Times like now we need more beautiful positive people around like Dina A. If you go to my homedepot go to her line. Next time I go I will find her kind and wait for her .

No one come & help! Customer service Veronica is Rude & Not helping at all.

The store is always available when I need it. Employees can usually be found to help when needed. The store is very clean and tidy. Most items I need can be found in this store. Their return policy is fast and easy. They offer a military discount. Parking is easy with minimum distance to the entries/exits.

This store is well managed. The employees seem to be on the same page when it comes to excellent customer service.

Associates are not very friendly, will be shopping at Lowe’s going forward. Jose from the lumber department needs more training in customer service and mannerisms.

BIG THANKS TO HEAD CASHIER SUSAN! I dropped $300 cash while shopping. I told Susan about it and she personally found it in the garden section later that day. She called me and gave it back that very day. I offered her $100 bucks for her honesty but she would not take it. Shes an Angel! Thanks SUSAN!

This location is my go-to resource for all my home improvement needs. The staff are always helpful, but I’d like to call out Joe in the carpet department. He helped me with my purchase of artificial turf in early 2020. He went above and beyond to problem solve when we ran into inventory availability issues. The whole process took nearly a month and Joe communicated very well with me throughout that time via phone and in person at the store. I also watched as he interacted with other staff and customers. He’s a role model for how to treat people. Home Depot should hang on to him and help him grow a long term career.

One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. hard to contact same person you are working with. people giving out incorrect information. not checking information before calling customer.

I visit HD many times a week. Every department of this Costa Mesa store is managed to perfection. Julie in the Nursery is AMAZING! Eric in Appliance is one of the best most knowledgeable in the industry. The store is alway clean and the shelves are always organized and replenish. IF "Brand X" was next door to my home I would still go to HD. There is no comparison.

Everything I need for home is available through Home Depot

I found that cashier (Head?) named Susan was exceptional HOME DEPOT employee I ever seen since I start shop at Home Depot since 1985 at the Santa Ana store. I now shop at the Costa mesa store. She recommended to open a credit card resulted in substantial saving and she was covering all cashiering functions.It was fascinating to watch her working. I never seen any employee as busy as her.

A great store with outstanding employees that go beyond the norm to give you assistance and help in your many projects, with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Frances is a cashier at #6664 she always provides great customer service and a great attitude. I'm old fashioned and that positive energy and humor makes my shopping experience much better. The knowledge that Bill T. in tools has helps me so much that I seek him out to get advice. i can't stress enough how perfect he fits into my shopping experience. Great team you have at #6664!

I just purchased an appliance bundle and could not be happier with the savings I received and the service I got from the appliance specialist. The entire process went smoothly and quickly and I could not have been happier. If anyone is thinking about purchasing an appliance, you would be well served to look at the current Black Friday savings.

This store always seem to have helpful people on the floor.

As 1st time home owners, we vist our local Home depot 4xs a week. We always come in with new questions and ideas. We always get what we are looking for. Employees are fantastic especially Dina at cashier.

Check everything you buy as many of the bins are miss-stocked with look-a-like items.

I really enjoy the service at this store. They are very helpful and go out of their way to help me every time I am there.

I don't believe that the problem with this store lay on the hands of the workers. Supervision here is very poor. I see more employees playing around, on their personal cell phones, and joking with each other. At the pro desk, half the employees can't or don't know how to get into the bid room. The carts in the parking lot are never where they should be. You have a lot of really good people that should be rewarded though. Jonathon in the plumbing department was a wonderful help to us. We give him gold stars for his service and knowledge. He helped us find what we needed and explained how to use the products we purchased. We had friendly help throughout the store.
