Mary the manager, Austin in flooring and Woody are all excellent.

I love this store. Everything I bought to remodel my whole house came from this store. The staff is so knowledgeable. Fascinated when I’m in one corner of the store and the employee can tell me exactly where I can find that particular screw or hook on the other side.

I was welcomed, directed to the product I was looking to purchase and assisted in building products by cutting panelling to fit my project. Saving a 2nd trip and borrowing or renting a truck. Thank you Home Depot. I don't usually write reviews. That's how over the top they were.

It is close to my residence, very friendly employees, both my husband and I can almost always find what we need/want.

I bought a complete Kitchen from the Cottleville Home Depot and could not be more happy with the professionalism from the kiitchen planning by Shannon, appliance help by Jerry and customer service by Jennifer, Lisa and Fran. The kitchen is awesome. Thanks HD Cottleville.

I purchased special buy that was supposed to offer free delivery. But the delivery would not come up on the site. Shay worked very hard to make it right and find a compromise that worked. She showed she cared and wanted to make it right for me, the customer. Thx

I enjoy going to this Home Depot location probably more than any other I’ve been to. The staff there are very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. When I’m in the store looking for certain items and I’m not sure where to find them there is always someone around willing to help and if you have any questions they have answers. Fran at the customer service desk is awesome! She has helped me out on numerous occasions. They always tell me “Thanks for shopping at the Home Depot and come back and see us soon”

If you need anything in outdoors or the bar b que grill section, see the Manger Ron. He is awesome!!!! A chill and blunt dude with soooooo much knowledge and compassion!!!!! He's hands down the reason that I would return!!!

We had a good experience purchasing a new refrigerator. The department supervisor Michelle was very helpful and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about the refrigerators and helped us with our decision making. We appreciate her patience with us and we asked her numerous questions. We bought the wrong size by our mistake, but she quickly helped us fix that the next day by cancelling the first order and getting a new order processed.

In this store, most of the employees are eager to help; in addition the manger of this store, specifically, on the appliance department eager to help the customer to resolve issues, including returns. I have had a great experience shopping and returning items in this store.

This store has been a great place to go when I get in over my head on home projects, which is quite often. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store layout is easy to understand. Employees never seem to mind the endless questions and time they have to spend on a customer. Exceptional service!

This store seems to be stocked better than the St. Peters store

David Rubin is a hard working and above and beyond associate, he worked to get us the best deal on our carpet install and made the process effortless. He worked for us and got us the best deal possible. We will always return to Home Depot and seek David Rubin for any flooring needs.

I’ve had success and failures at this location. I’ve made large purchases in appliances and flooring. The associates were nice but some of HD policies were not. For example, for a refrigerator they forced me to purchase a metal braided hose. I insisted I did not need it. Associate says they will not make the delivery without out you can return it. When delivery men arrived he said I can’t install this hose. Yes I knew that. I brought my sales invoice and you would have thought I was returning thousands of dollars of merchandise. This hose was $17.28. I purchase with my HD card I put that in the register to credit my card. Then asks me for my ID!!!! I’m already aggravated by the time it’s taking. I said I can’t find my ID this is ridiculous for a $17 hose that I never wanted to buy. An older man overheard me saying we never force you to buy anything. Then finally another woman who I’ve seen in the past helped me and said you are correct they force associates to sell the parts for deliveries. BAD POLICY!!!!! I found my ID then ironically I had a separate transaction for an item I purchased on my debit card. I put my card in signed it and done no ID asked. I’m thinking why did I have to go through all of this BS on a HD card purchase and nothing for my debit card. Hmmm. Yea I’ll probably still shop there it’s convenient for me although now I will think twice on making large purchases through HD.

I'm in this store daily. All of the staff is helpful....when I need help. I don't usually require help unless it's electric or plumbing....then there is always someone to help me. That is why I go here. Store is always clean and I know where everything is.

I did not shop the cottleville #30022 it was in Blue Springs Mo.

The employees are very friendly and willing to help. The individuals at the customer service desk have gone out of their way to meet my needs on several occasions when they did not have to.

My Review and recommendation will always be high for this store. I have been shopping at this Home Depot for the last 17 years. it is my neighborhood favorite store. And I will not have an employee change the good feelings I have for this store. I called this morning and spoke with a professional lady her name is Anna at hardware to make an inquiry about a miter saw stand. She located one and advised me that you will put it at the front desk with my name on it. she delivered and I thank her for that. When I arrived to pick up my item from the front desk, a lady by the name Mary who helped me in the past (Dry and lacks professional customer service). My experience with her, was disrespectful and rude to me in the past. I asked her, I am here to pick up the miter saw. the box is big and heavy, but I still have some more shopping to do. I asked her if I can leave the box to finish my shopping and then I will come back and pick it up and load it to the car. Right away, I noticed her unprofessional behavior and her suggestion to the problem was to take it load it to my car and come back and finish shopping. Then I asked her again and her recommendation was “Sir, you need to take it to the car, load it and then you can come back and shop again. A nice lady by the name Lisa, I believe she saw everything and heard the conversation. She came to me and she took the item and set it aside and she told me go ahead and finish your shopping. so, I did. when I came back after I finished shopping to pick up the item. Mary was at the counter, and I purposely did not seek her help. When I told the loader to meet me outside while I go bring my car. she made a gesture that it was obvious, she is mocking me” Oh my God here we go again. I asked her what that was for. Her respond was “nothing”. I told her, there is no need for that, at the end of the day I am a customer who gave you respect and expect the same from you. that is my story
