Just had a Schlage lock keyed by Rich Q. He was masterful at doing it. I really appreciate Rich and Home Depot for saving me from having to pay a locksmith for this. The toolkit necessary to rekey a Schlage is very cool. It was an education and a big savings and I appreciate it. Thanks!

There is always someone available to help you no matter what you're looking for. The store is always clean and everyone is very friendly.

On my most recent visit to the Cottleville, MO store, I walked by 6 associates; all of which greeted me and asked if I needed help. Amazing customer service.

This store holds a place in my heart since the tornado that hit our area in 2013. As we stood in our front yard sharing the tornado experience, a Home Depot truck pulled up and gave each of us a case of water and lawn bags. It still brings tears to my eyes when I talk about it.

Great store. Everyone is always helpful and they almost always have what need.

My experience at the store was everything you would expect. Very professional. My Complaint was the horrible time wasting experience of the online ordering and speaking with the sales associate on the phone. They totally lied about the product I was looking for after I went into detail about what I needed. After picking up the item at the store, I returned it 5 seconds after getting it. What a dissappoint and waste of time !

We went in looking for a particular Ring product. There were no "take to the front" sheets on the shelf. I went to find an associate to help us. She not only came over with us to make sure the sheets weren't there, she stopped what she was doing to take us up to the front locked cage and retrieved the item. She also took the time to price match it for us, took us to the self-check and got us all checked out. She was pleasant and helpful, she exceeded my expectations and it was deeply appreciate.

ONE OF THE FEW STORES THAT HAVEN'T CONVERTED THE CONTRACTOR CHECKOUT TO THE LESS CONVENIENT DESK TYPE CHECKOUT. PLEASE DON'T CHANGE IT!!

excellant service with kristi in flooring. took only about 15 mins to get an installation price and to be shown carpeting that is hopefully pet pee proof!

If you are in need to replace your old whole house carpet & worn out laminate flooring with new vinyl flooring you need to speak to Kreyton who was very knowledgeable about the newer vinyl flooring.And samples were available to take home to compare in your own home light surroundings.

I highly recommend this store over several Home Depots where I have shopped. The staff has a "can do" attitude! I found my purchase to be helped along by friendly and professional staff who didn't seem to mind going the extra mile. Kudos to Fran, Lisa and Patrick!

The personnel here are exceptional. I specifically like Jerry in plumbing. He is always friendly, always helpful. Julie and Ruthie at the checkout are sweet, everybody here seems to enjoy their job, and they enjoy greeting the customers.

Shopping at Home Depot in Saint Peters is always a joy. If you need help, there are always friendly employees around to lend a hand or answer questions.

I consider the Cottleville a bridge between an old fashioned hardware store of pros and the benefits that a Big Box store can provide. They are always helpful, even for a frequent shopper.

Wanted a back splash for kitchen. They came to measure and broke my doorbell. Measure guy said he would take care of it. They told me after selling me the job they couldn't get the tile and it was online only after telling me to come and pay. Then they called me and said they could order it online for me. Then they said they could get it from other stores. Then I was supposed to get 5% off on order they never applied. Then I asked them after paying for it why my 35.00 measure fee wasn't applied to bill. They then gave me my 35.00 refund after I HAD TO TELL THEM. Confused bunch of people over there I tell ya.

Fantastic employees... always willing to help. If you ask about where an item might be they will walk you right to it to make sure you find what you came looking for.
